て、ゲル強度を確認()たところ比較製剤2.3のもの
は、容器を振ったりするとゲルの形がくずれることから
ゲル強度が大巾に低下していることが判明し、これ〈発
明の効果〉
本発明は上記のごとく、きわめて優れた喫食性及びゲル
