本考案の整流子モータの固定子絶縁装置は、回

と、該外枠端面に固定されたインナカバーとを設
けてなり、上記外枠の内側端面部に形成された軸
方向穴に嵌入されて円周方向に固定される突起が
端面に突設され上記外枠の上記内側端面部に一端
の内段部が当接され他端が上記インナカバー内端
面に当接されて挾着固定された上記絶縁内筒と、
先端が該絶縁内筒の端面部に螺着され上記固定子
を該絶縁内筒に固定する上記ボルトとを設けたも
のである。即ち、本考案は、絶縁内筒によつて固
定子を外枠に対し完全に絶縁し固定する構造とし
て、絶縁内筒と外枠との端面接合部に軸方向の凹
凸による係合部を設けて絶縁内筒を円周方向に固
定し、かつ、軸方向には外枠とインナカバー間に
挾着固定し、固定子はボルトを介し絶縁内筒に固
定したものである。

絶縁内筒5の内段部13に当接するように絶縁内
筒5に固定されている。絶縁内筒5は突起10を
穴11に嵌入されて円周方向に回動を阻止される
と共に外枠1の内側端面部12とインナカバー2
との間に挾着され、インナカバー2はねじ7を介
し外枠1に固定され、従つて、絶縁内筒5は外枠
