なる内筒部材の内部に、操作ボタンを上下方向に
移動自在に設け、この操作ボタンに係合長部と係
合短部を形成し、かつ弁体にスプリングによつて
上方に付勢された状態で取付けられた回転摺動子
に、上記操作ボタンの係合長部と係合短部を当接
する突子を設けてなり、上記突子が上記係合長部
に当接することにより、開弁状態となりかつ上記
操作ボタンが上記内筒部材の上方に突出すると共
に、上記突子が上記係合短部に当接することによ
り、閉弁状態となりかつ上記操作ボタンが上記内
筒部材内に収納されるように構成したことを特徴
