し上記の場合において、管接続部となる曲管の一
端部に環状弾性体を嵌め込む溝が形成されるよう
な場合、強制的にこの部分を成形する芯型部分を
抜き取ることが必要となる。しかし芯型部分が前
記のように二分されているにすぎない場合は環状
弾性体を嵌め込む溝から芯型部分を抜き取るに際
し、芯型部分を円弧方向に回動して抜き取ること
になり、強制的に芯型部分を抜き取るのに大きな
力を必要とし、曲管にも無理な力が掛かることに
なり、成形された曲管を損傷するおそれがあつ
た。
