Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] A filler neck formed at the tip of a filler pipe connected to a fuel tank to which a filler cap is attached and detached, wherein a filler gun nozzle can be inserted into an intermediate portion of the filler neck body that does not interfere with the filler cap. A valve seat member having an opening is disposed, and a hinge-type valve body is attached to the valve seat surface side of the valve seat member, and the hinge-type valve body is loaded with a spring that opens when the tank side is over or under negative pressure. A fuel filler neck characterized in that it is biased in the closing direction by a powerful torsion spring and is equipped with a pressure reducing valve (positive pressure valve) that opens when there is excessive positive pressure on the tank side.
