However, in the above-mentioned polishing device, the cleaning liquid drained from the polishing belt tends to concentrate at both ends perpendicular to the running direction or rotation direction of the polishing belt, and resists the running or rotation of the polishing belt. As the cleaning liquid falls irregularly under its own weight, the falling position is not constant, and there is a risk that the cleaning liquid to be recovered may adhere to the workpiece. This drawback is solved by installing a water receiving gutter that covers the entire water-absorbing endless belt that absorbs the cleaning liquid adhering to the abrasive belt, and the injection pipe that injects the cleaning liquid onto the abrasive belt, as shown in Utility Model Application No. 55-35461. Although a recovery structure has been proposed, the following problems have arisen with the recovery structure. That is, the abrasive belt vibrates in a undulating manner as it travels. When a water receiving gutter is provided for such an abrasive belt so that the end of the side wall is in contact with the abrasive belt, the abrasive grain surface of the abrasive belt is partially scraped off due to the contact of the end of the side wall with the abrasive belt. A fatal problem arises as a polishing device in that the workpiece cannot be polished with almost uniform accuracy, and the end of the side wall is polished, creating a gap between the polishing belt and the cleaning liquid attached to the polishing belt, and the polishing belt. It has become impossible to reliably collect the cleaning liquid that has been sprayed and scattered. In this case, the problem can be solved by replacing the entire water receiving gutter every time a gap is formed due to wear at the end of the side wall. Since the water receiving gutter itself is large, there is a problem in that it takes a lot of time to replace it. Furthermore, in order to place the side wall close to the abrasive belt when replacing the water receiving gutter, the entire water receiving gutter must be moved slightly to adjust its position, which reduces the workability of replacing and installing the water receiving gutter. It was bad. In addition, even if a part of the abrasive belt is damaged during workpiece polishing, the side wall end of the water receiving gutter contacts the abrasive belt excessively and is worn out, causing the same problem as above. . The present invention was invented to solve the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and its purpose is to reliably recover the cleaning liquid adhering to the abrasive belt while preventing damage to the abrasive belt. It is an object of the present invention to provide a polishing device that can be used in the polishing apparatus, and in which the guide member can be easily replaced with high positional accuracy when the guide member is worn out.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, when the cleaning liquid is injected from the cleaning liquid supply member onto the running or rotating abrasive belt, the abrasive powder adhering to the abrasive belt is washed away and cooled. A part of the cleaning liquid adhering to the polishing belt is removed from the polishing belt by a cleaning liquid removing member and collected in a cleaning liquid collection member. A part of the liquid remains attached to the abrasive belt and moves in the opposite direction against its running or rotation, and then one end is drained from the abrasive belt by a guide member close to the abrasive belt to collect the cleaning liquid. The liquid is introduced into the member. When one end of the guide member comes into contact with a running or rotating abrasive belt during the polishing operation, since the guide member is made of a flexible member, the abrasive grain surface of the abrasive belt will change due to the contact. It is prevented from being peeled off. As a result, the cleaning liquid adhering to the polishing belt can be reliably recovered while maintaining the abrasive grain surface of the polishing belt to be substantially uniform. In addition, when the abrasive belt runs or rotates with waves, or when the abrasive belt runs or rotates with a part of the abrasive belt damaged and bulged, one end of the guide member may come into excessive contact with the abrasive belt. The abrasive belt is worn away and a gap is formed between the abrasive belt and the abrasive belt. In this case, since the guide member is provided separately from the cleaning liquid collection member, only this guide member can be replaced easily and in a short time. Further, when replacing the polishing belt, the position can be easily adjusted so that one end of the polishing belt approaches the polishing belt. Thereby, it is possible to efficiently collect the cleaning liquid adhering to the polishing belt and polish the workpiece with high quality.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view showing an outline of the polishing device, and FIG. 2 is a left side view of FIG. 4 is rotatably supported, and a rotating member 2 is connected to at least one roll (roll 3 in this embodiment). And these roll 3,
A wide belt-type polishing belt 5 having an abrasive grain surface 5a on its surface is stretched between the belts 4 and 4. The polishing belt 5 is run in the direction of the solid arrow shown in FIG. 1 by the roll 3 which rotates as the rotating member 2 is driven. Between the rolls 3 and 4 located below the abrasive belt 5, a support roll 6 having an axis perpendicular to the axes of these rolls 3 and 4 is rotatable in the direction of the solid line arrow shown in FIG. A work W such as plywood, paper, metal plate, resin plate, etc. supported and placed on the support roll 6 is conveyed so as to come into contact with the lower abrasive grain surface 5a of the polishing belt 5. A cleaning liquid supply member 7 is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the roll 4 located on the downstream side in the running direction of the abrasive belt 5 so as to cover almost the entire area in a direction perpendicular to the running direction of the abrasive belt 5. 7
The cleaning liquid supplied from a cleaning liquid source (not shown) is injected from the injection port 7a onto the running abrasive belt 5 over almost the entire area in a direction orthogonal to the running direction of the abrasive belt 5, thereby sharpening the abrasive belt 5. Grain surface 5a
At the same time, the abrasive grain surface 5a, which has generated heat due to polishing, is cooled. A pressure roll 8 as a cleaning liquid removing member is in pressure contact with the outer circumferential surface of the roll 4 at a position slightly above the cleaning liquid supplying member 7 over almost the entire area in a direction perpendicular to the running direction of the polishing belt 5, and The press roll 8 is rotatably supported, and removes the cleaning liquid sprayed from the cleaning liquid supply member 7 and attached to the abrasive grain surface 5a of the polishing belt 5. A cleaning liquid collecting member 9 is disposed below the cleaning liquid supplying member 7 so as to cover almost the entire area in a direction perpendicular to the running direction of the abrasive belt 5 . The cleaning liquid drained from the polishing belt 5 and the cleaning liquid sprayed from the cleaning liquid supply member 7 and splashed off the polishing belt 5 are collected. A guide member 10 is disposed between the cleaning liquid collecting member 9 and the polishing belt 5, one end of which is close to the abrasive grain surface 5a of the polishing belt 5, and the other end reaching the cleaning liquid collecting member 9, and are replaceably installed. This guide member 10 is formed of a flexible rubber plate or the like, and is drained by the pressure roll 8, and removes the cleaning liquid that adheres to the abrasive belt 5 and moves in the opposite direction to its running direction due to its own weight. The cleaning liquid is guided to be introduced into the cleaning liquid collection member 9. A regulating body 11 is disposed inside the abrasive belt 5 located on the lower side so as to be in sliding contact with the inner surface of the abrasive belt 5 that is running, and regulates the upward movement of the abrasive belt 5 when polishing the workpiece W. , the support roll 6
The abrasive grain surface 5a of the polishing belt 5 is brought into almost uniform contact with the workpiece W supported by the polishing belt 5. Next, the operation of the polishing apparatus 1 configured as described above will be explained. After placing the workpiece W on the support roll 6, when the workpiece W is moved in a direction substantially perpendicular to the running direction of the abrasive belt 5 (in the direction of the solid line arrow shown in FIG. 2), the workpiece W comes into contact with the upper surface. It is polished by the abrasive grain surface 5a of the polishing belt 5 in contact with it. At this time,
The abrasive belt 5 has abrasive powder from the workpiece W attached to its abrasive grain surface 5a, and generates heat due to frictional heat. When the cleaning liquid is sprayed from the cleaning liquid supply member 7 onto the running polishing belt 5 during the polishing operation,
This cleaning liquid cleans and removes the abrasive powder adhering between the abrasive grains on the abrasive grain surface 5a, cools the abrasive belt 5, and some of it is scattered and removed by the cleaning liquid collecting member 9.
will be collected within. Moreover, a part of it is moved to the pressure roll 8 side with the running polishing belt 5 still attached thereto. The cleaning liquid that has moved to the press roll 8 while remaining attached to the abrasive belt 5 is drained from the abrasive belt 5 by the press roll 8, and a part of it falls into the cleaning liquid collection member 9 due to its own weight. At the same time, a part of the abrasive particles remains attached to the abrasive grain surface 5a of the polishing belt 5 and is moved by its own weight to one end of the guide member 10 against the running of the polishing belt 5. This cleaning liquid is then applied to a guide member 10 adjacent to the polishing belt 5.
The liquid is drained and introduced into the cleaning liquid collection member 9 via the guide member 10. This prevents the cleaning liquid that has moved downward along the polishing belt 5 from adhering to the workpiece W and deteriorating the quality of the workpiece. When one end of the guide member 10 comes into contact with the running abrasive belt 5 when the guide member 10 collects the cleaning liquid, since the guide member 10 is made of a flexible member, the abrasive belt 5
Even if the abrasive grain surface 5a of the polishing belt 5 comes into contact with the abrasive grain surface 5a, there is no risk that the abrasive grain surface 5a of the polishing belt 5 will be scraped off. For this reason,
The cleaning liquid adhering to the polishing belt 5 is reliably recovered while maintaining the condition of the abrasive grain surface 5a almost uniformly and thus maintaining the polishing accuracy of the workpiece W. If a part of the abrasive belt 5 is damaged during the above-mentioned polishing operation and its abrasive grain surface 5a swells, one end of the guide member 10 close to the abrasive belt 5 is polished, and there is a gap between the abrasive belt 5 and the abrasive belt 5. A gap is formed.
When one end of the guide member 10 wears out in this way, since the guide member 10 is attached separately from the cleaning liquid collecting member 9, it is possible to remove only the guide member 10 very easily and quickly. The cleaning liquid can be replaced at regular intervals, and the recovery efficiency of the cleaning liquid adhering to the polishing belt 5 can be maintained. Also,
When replacing the guide member 10, since the guide member 10 is provided separately from the cleaning liquid collection member 9 as described above, the guide member 10
can be easily positioned so that one end thereof is close to the polishing belt 5, and it is possible to improve the efficiency of replacement work. In this way, in this embodiment, one end is the abrasive belt 5.
Since the guide member 10 which is close to the cleaning liquid collection member 9 and whose other end reaches the cleaning liquid collection member 9 is made of a flexible member,
Even if one end of the guide member 10 comes into contact with the abrasive grain surface 5a of the traveling abrasive belt 5 during recovery of the cleaning liquid from the abrasive belt 5, there is no risk of peeling off the abrasive grain surface 5a, and the polishing accuracy of the workpiece can be improved to high quality. can be maintained. In addition, if one end of the guide member 10 is worn out due to contact with a partially damaged abrasive belt 5 and a gap is created between the guide member 10 and the abrasive belt 5,
Since the guide member 10 is provided separately from the cleaning liquid collection member 9, only the guide member 10 can be removed from the cleaning liquid collection member 9 and replaced easily. The position can be easily adjusted so that one end of the guide member 10 is close to the abrasive belt 5,
The recovery efficiency of the cleaning liquid can be maintained. In the above description, the present invention has been explained using the polishing device 1 equipped with the belt-type polishing belt 5, but as shown in FIG. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 4, the polishing apparatus 1 equipped with a drum-shaped polishing belt 13 can be used. The abrasive belt 12 stretched as shown in FIG. 3 runs in an undulating state due to the abrasive resistance to the workpiece, and one end of the guide member 10 that is close to the abrasive belt 12 is polished, and both A gap is formed in between. Even in this case, since the guide member 10 is provided separately from the cleaning liquid collection member 9, only the guide member 10 can be easily replaced. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, there is a liquid collection nozzle whose tip portion is located between the press roll 8 and the abrasive belt 5, and which sucks and removes a part of the cleaning liquid drained from the abrasive belt 5 by the press roll 8. Even if the polishing apparatus 1 is provided with 14, it is possible to implement the present invention. Further, in the above explanation, the removing member is constituted by the pressing roll 8, but it is also possible to make a liquid cutter having wear resistance and flexibility to the extent that it does not scrape off the abrasive grain surface 5a come into contact with a running or rotating abrasive belt. , the cleaning liquid adhering to the polishing belt may be removed.
