Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable effective purification of soot by means of a small amount of a purifying agent by a method wherein soot generated during cooking is sucked in a purifying device by means of a large air quantity and stored temporarily, and after cooking, the soot is guided to the purifying part by means of a small air quantity for purification. CONSTITUTION:When an oil component and a smell sucked in a flue gas duct 17 by means of a large air quantity passes a storing part 18 situated in a suction port 13, the oil component are adhered to the surface of an adsorbent 21, with which the storing part 18 is formed, for separation, and the smell, simultaneously, is adsorbed to the adsorbent 21 for removal. 構成している。一方、前記浄化部19はハニカム状に成
形した触媒23と、その上流側に配置し、浄化部19に
導入される空気流を再加熱する再加熱ヒータ24および
触媒23の下流側に配置した補助送風機25とから構成
している。さらに、前記バイパス路20の入口には、バ
イパス路2oの入口あるいは排煙ダクト側通路26のい
ずれか一方を選択閉止するダンパー27を設けていると
同時に、補助送風機25の送風量は排出用送風機15の
