Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to judge whether the combustion was in operation or it was stopped during power failure by providing a circuit to detect a keep relay and a circuit to detect the state of ON or OFF of this keep relay. CONSTITUTION:When the switch 16a of kitchen remote controller 10 is pressed down, a signal is taken in a storage control section 12 from 11 and the signal of operation ON is stored. With this a set coil 18 is energized and both (a) contact point 20 and (b) contact point 21 are connected to S side, and a combustion control section 13 is supplied energy from the power source and combustion action is started. Next when the switch 16a of the kitchen remote controller 10 is pressed down, a signal that I1 operation is OFF is stored in the storage control section 12 and both contact points 20 and 21 are connected to R side and the combustion action stops. Here, the signal of operation ON in the storage control section 12 is erased when power failure occurs and again the power supply is started. But since both contact points 20 and 21 are still connected to the S side, the power supply is started to a combustion control section and the combustion action is reopened, Further, the state of the storage control section 12 before the power failure can be known by the input of I3.

A memory control unit that switches stop, a keep relay that is driven by a signal from the memory control unit and mechanically maintains the operating and stopped states, and a combustion control that operates by applying a TC source to the contact point of the keep relay. The keep relay is configured to be switched to an off state by a combustion abnormality signal from the combustion control unit, and further includes a detection unit that detects the on or off state of the keep relay by another contact in the keep relay. The memory control unit is configured to be able to re-store the operation and stop signal before the stop 2 based on the detection signal of the on/off state of the keep relay by the detection circuit when the power is re-energized after a power outage. It is what was done.

Effect of the Invention The present invention has the above-mentioned structure and is equipped with a keep relay and a circuit that detects the on/off state of this keep relay, so it is possible to determine whether combustion operation was in progress or stopped at the time of a power outage, and based on this determination result, a power outage occurs. driving of time,
The stop signal is stored in the storage controller again. Therefore, when a power outage occurs during anti-freezing operation and is subsequently restored, the state of anti-freezing operation is maintained and damage to the equipment is prevented. In addition, the keep relay, which switches to the OFF state and stops combustion operation in response to an abnormal signal from the combustion control unit, also detects the operating status during a power outage, so one keep relay is used for both abnormality detection and anti-freezing. It will be shared.

1. A memory control unit that detects the operation of a tact switch from an operation unit provided at a plurality of locations and switches the water heater on and off, and is driven by a signal from the memory control unit,
The keep relay is equipped with a keep relay that mechanically maintains the operating and stopped states, and a combustion control unit that is powered by the contacts of the keep relay and operates, and the keep relay is activated by a combustion abnormality signal from the combustion control unit. It is configured to switch to the OFF state, and further includes a detection circuit that detects the ON/OFF state of the keep relay using other contacts in the keep relay, and the storage control unit is configured to switch to the OFF state when the keep relay is turned on again after a power outage.
A water heater control device configured to be able to re-store operation and stop signals before a power outage based on a detection signal of an on/off state of the keep relay by the detection circuit.
