PURPOSE:To make a compact device and prevent an incomplete combustion of a burner by a method wherein a burner main body and an air preheating main body are spaced apart by a predetermined distance to each other to face in the same direction and a primary air passage is guided into a nozzle pipe. CONSTITUTION:Gas is supplied to a nozzle port 2 inserted into a radiant tube 14 from a gas supplying source 6 through a gas passage 5. In turn, air passed from an air supplying source 12 through an air preheater 11, heat exchanged with a discharged gas and preheated is passed through an air passage 10, almost of the gas flows into a secondary air passage 9 between a nozzle pipe 1 and a radiant tube 14, a part of the gas is passed through a primary air adjusting valve 3 of which degree of opening is adjusted, flowed into the nozzle pipe 1 and mixed with gas as a primary air.
