Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform delivery and storage of a banded bank note in an accurate manner by transferring a carry-out paper sheet bundle to a conveying means with carry-out bundle lifting transfer means and a carry-in bundle to a bundle storage means with a carry-in lifting transfer means, respectively, in a processor for the banded bank note or the like. CONSTITUTION:An unprocessed bundle on a rack 11 of an unprocessed bundle storage part 21 is transferred on a bundle receiving plate of a carry-out bundle lifting transfer means 16 under control of a bundle processing control part of a centralized controller 8. With detection of this transfer, the carry-in bundle lifting transfer means 15 drives, lowering the unprocessed bundle to a lowermost part, and then it is transferred to a bundle conveying part 4 by a reject part 3 for transference. When a processed bundle is carried in conversely, this bundle is delivered to a carry-in bundle lifting transfer means 16 in accordance with reverse procedures, and is housed on the specified rack 11 of a processed bundle storage part 13.
