アリフタに関するものである。

(従来の技術) 従来この種の装置では、コークス炉の熱膨張に

(特開昭56―45979号公報、特開昭49―52201号公
報)。しかし、ドアリフタ全体を傾斜させるため
の機構は複雑であり、その上ドアリフタを傾斜さ
せるための装置にかかる重量が大きいためその操
作は容易ではない。またこれによりドアリフタに
よるドアの着脱操作が正確かつ確実に行われず、
その他ドアリフタの操作上及び保守上種々の欠点
があつた。

機能(リフテング機能)を実現する機構を簡素化
した新規なドアリフタを案出することを課題の基
礎とする。

ング油圧シリンダに付設された軸に枢支されて懸
垂されており、下方では同様に外フレームに固定
された傾き調整用装置と作用連結しており、この
傾き調整装置の作動によりリフトフレームが前記
軸のまわりを揺動することによりその傾斜角を調
整されるように構成したことを特徴とするドアリ
フタによつて解決される。

(実施例) ドアリフタ架1に外フレーム2を上端及び下端

ピストンロツドに軸5によつて外フレーム2の内
方に位置するリフトフレーム3を枢支して懸垂す
る。外フレーム2の下部においては同様に外フレ
ーム2に固定された傾き調整装置8の油圧シリン
ダのピストンロツドに付設されたローラ10をリ
フトフレーム3の内面上のガイド11に当接させ
る。これにより傾き調整装置8の油圧シリンダの
作動により外フレーム2に対してリフトフレーム
3が軸5を中心として揺動されることができ、そ
れによつてリフトフレーム3が炉に近づけられ、
ドア4の傾き角度と等しい傾斜角に調整される。
リフトフレーム3の上端ではドア4の係合部(閂
側ピース)に係合可能なフツク9がリフトフレー
ム3に固定されており、下端では同様にドア4の
係合部に係合可能なフツク9がリフトフレーム3
に固定されている。リフトフレーム3の上端、下
端の範囲にはそれぞれドア4の閂のばねを押込位
置してドア4を開くためのプツシング用シリンダ
6が固定されている。プツシング用油圧シリンダ
6はリフトフレーム3と同じく揺動するので閂か
ら外れることはない。

その傾斜角を調整されるように構成したことを特
徴とするドアリフタ。
