Abstract

PURPOSE:To constantly let color phase change of a light correspondent to color phase change of an image projected on a color TV image receiver by dividing the image multiple images, and by providing a light control means so as to control the color phase of the light of a lighting means based on the color phase detected by a means that detects the color phase of the divided part. CONSTITUTION:When the lighting of a ceiling light is directed based on an image of a color TV image receiver 1, upper part of the image projected on the TV image receiver 1 is divided into A1, A2, A3 corresponding to a ceiling center part A1', a ceiling left side part A2', and a ceiling right side part A3' by an image dividing means 2. Average color phase of the divided part A1, A2, A3 is detected by a color phase detecting means 3. A lamp control signal that is formed based on the color phase detected for each divided part A1, A2, A3 is input to a light control means 4, and the color phase of the light of a lighting means 5 is controlled based on the image projected on the TV image receiver 1. Lighting direction according to an image is thus performed easily, and without a sense of incompatibility because the color phase change of the light is constantly corresponded to that of the image.

[Prior Art] Conventionally, as this type of video production lighting device that illuminates the area around the installation location of a color TV receiver, the lighting means is formed by a variable color light source using three primary color lamps (red, blue, green). However, methods have been proposed in which the hue of the illumination light from this illumination means is changed manually (adjusting the hue setting volume) or by a preset hue change program. In some cases, the lighting around the location gives the viewer a sense of presence similar to that of a large screen. For example, if the image being projected on a TV receiver is ``Blue Sky If the ceiling lighting is a blue-ish color, and if the sunset is in the sky, then the ceiling lighting is a red-ish color, so that even if the TV receiver screen is small, the image appears to be spreading across the ceiling. You can get a sense of realism comparable to that of a large screen, and by adding sound effects you can easily create a simple home theater.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the above-mentioned conventional example, the hue of the illumination light was changed manually or by a hue change program. There are problems in that it is troublesome to create a program to set the changes, and the change in hue of the illumination light cannot follow the change in the hue of the image, which may give a sense of discomfort.

[Embodiment] Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which illumination means 5 consisting of a variable color light source that illuminates the ceiling, walls, floor, etc. around the installation location of a color TV receiver 1, and a color TV receiver 1 are installed. an image dividing means 2 for dividing the image projected on the receiver 1 into a plurality of parts; a hue detecting means 3 for detecting the average hue of the divided parts corresponding to the parts illuminated by the illumination means 5; By providing an illumination control means 4 for controlling the hue of the illumination light from the illumination means 5 based on the hue detected by the detection means 3, it is possible to perform the lighting according to the image of the color TV reception 8!1. It is something. In the embodiment, the illumination means 5 includes:
It is formed using fluorescent lamps or spotlights of three primary colors (red, green, and blue), and the light emission level of each lamp of the three primary colors is controlled by the lighting control means 4, and the mixing ratio of the three primary colors is appropriately set. This allows the hue of the illumination light to be changed freely. Moreover, the video dividing means 2 is a color TV.
One frame (or one field) of the video signal output from the monitor terminal of the receiver 1 is stored in the video memory as appropriate, and the video signal of the divided portion is output by performing predetermined division. Figures (a) and (b) show examples of division. Here, in the case of FIG. 2(a), the dividing part A
I, A2. As corresponds to the lighting in the center of the ceiling, the lighting on the left side of the ceiling, and the lighting on the right side of the ceiling, respectively, and the divided parts Bl and B2
correspond to the left wall lighting and the right wall lighting, respectively. Further, in the case of FIG. 2(b), the divided part A corresponds to the ceiling light, the divided part B corresponds to the floor light, and B and C correspond to the left wall light and the right wall light, respectively. The image dividing method by the image dividing means 2 is set corresponding to the illumination method by the illuminating means 5, and is not limited to the embodiment.Furthermore, in the hue detecting means 3, each dividing portion A, Ax Detects the average hue of . It looks like this.
