一の嵌合部を形成してなり、他方外筒体は、内部
にクリツプ体の他端部側を上記一対の係止脚を含
めて収容する収容空所を画成すると共に、内壁面
に上記一の嵌合部と嵌合する他の嵌合部を形成し
て、クリツプ体に外嵌された外筒体で、一対の係
止脚を保護するように構成したことを特徴とする
