平板内に打抜紙搬送手段と対応する一辺を残した三辺を
打抜製品部と略同形状で且つ打抜製品となる部分より僅
かに小さい寸法の外形を有する製品挟持部を、上記外形
の外周に沿って溝を設けて形成し、上記製品挟持部と上
記溝を挟んで対向する型板の外枠との間を連結する支持
棒部を形成していることを特徴とする紙器打抜き装置に
おける打抜き屑の外脱装置。 2、請求項1記載の装置において、上記固定型の型板の
一端を、機体に固定した固定受板上に載置すると共に、
型板の対向する他端を、エアーシリンダ等の移動手段に
固定した可動受板上に載置し、該可動受板を移動手段で
固定受板側に移動することにより、固定型の型板を所定
位置に定置することを特徴とする紙器打抜き装置におけ
る打抜き屑の外脱装置。 3、請求項2記載の装置において、上記固定型の型板の
一端に位置決め用の凹部あるいは凸部を形成する一方、
固定受板の対応する位置に上記凹部あるいは凸部を嵌合
する凸部あるいは凹部を形成していることを特徴とする
紙器打抜き装置における打抜き屑の外脱装置。 4、請求項1、2あるいは3記載の装置において、上記
可動型に、製品部分の外形より僅かに小さい寸法を有す
る型板を設け、該可動型の型板と上記固定型の製品挟持
部とで、打抜き時に、打抜紙の製品となる部分を両面よ
り挟むように構成したことを特徴とする紙器打抜き装置
における打抜き屑の外脱装置。 5、請求項1、2あるいは4記載の装置において、上記
可動型に、打抜製品の打ち抜きラインを切断する上記突
