Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 側面に吸込口を設け、天井に取り付けられ
る箱体と、この箱体内に形成されたチヤンバーと
、このチヤンバー内に設置され、吸込口を介して
箱体内に流入する空気を上記チヤンバー内に吸い
込む送風機と、上記チヤンバーの下面に設けられ
、チヤンバー内に吸い込まれた空気をろ過する断
面半円形状のＨＥＰＡフイルターと、上記箱体の
周囲から垂下されるカーテンとによつて構成した
ことを特徴とする天吊型クリーンユニツト。 (2) ＨＥＰＡフイルターが、セパレータが配設
されていないクリーンルーム用エアフイルタの両
側を湾曲状に形成したものである請求項１記載の
天吊型クリーンユニツト。 (3) 箱体には、照明器具が取り付けられている
