【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本考案は射出成形されるプラスチツク製の歯車
に関するものである。

[従来の技術] 従来、射出成形されるプラスチツク製の歯車
は、歯車の円板部の一部に凹部を設け、この凹部
内に射出成形用のゲートを位置させていた。
[Prior Art] Conventionally, a plastic gear that is injection molded has a recessed portion formed in a part of the disc portion of the gear, and an injection molding gate is located within this recessed portion.

[解決しようとする課題] 上記従来の構成によると、歯車中で凹部のみが
薄くなつて厚みに差ができるため、射出成形後の
収縮時に凹部近傍にそりを生じる恐れがあつた。
特に、薄型の歯車を成形する場合にはそりが大き
くなつた。このような歯車を用いると、平振れや
偏心が生じ、他の歯車との噛合が円滑に行なわれ
なかつた。

そこで本考案の目的は、薄型化してもそりを生
じにくい歯車を提供することにある。

[課題を解決するための手段] 本考案に係る歯車は、中心軸とこの中心軸の周
囲に一体的に形成されているピニオンとを有する
円板部と、円板部の外周部に形成されている歯部
とを具備しており、円板部の片面に同心円状の溝
部が複数個形成され、他面にはこの溝部間の間隙
に対応する位置に溝部が形成されており、これら
の溝部のいずれかに射出成形用のゲートが位置さ
れるものである。

[作用] 本考案に係る歯車は、上下両面に溝部が交互に
形成されているため、円板部全域にわたつて歯車
の厚みはほぼ一定に保たれる。従つて、射出成形
後の収縮時にも、そりを生じにくい。

る。歯車1はプラスチツクの射出成形により形成
されている。歯車1の円板部3の中央には中心軸
2が形成されており、この中心軸の周囲にはピニ
オン2aが一体的に形成されている。円板部3の
外周には歯部3aが設けられている。

心円状の溝部4,5が所定の間隔をおいてそれぞ
れ設けられている。そして下面においては、溝部
4,5間の間隙に対応する位置に溝部6が設けら
れており、外周部には切欠部7が形成されてい
る。溝部4,5,6は断面形状が略台形状になつ
ている。溝部6の一部には、射出成形用のゲート
の跡8が突出している。この歯車1を製造する際
には、金型内において、射出成形用のゲート(図
示せず。)を溝部6にあたる位置に設置し、この
ゲートからプラスチツク材料を射出する。歯車1
は、射出成形後にゲート部分でランナ(図示せ
ず。)から切断されるが、その際に切り残した部
分が、第1,2図に示す跡8である。

周囲にはピニオン12aが形成されている。円板
部13の外周には歯部13aが設けられている。

状が略半円状になつている。溝部16の一部に
は、射出成形用のゲートの跡18が突出してい
る。これは第1の実施例と同様に、ランナ(図示
せず。)から歯車11を切断する際に切り残した
部分である。

などによつて、円板部にそりを生じる恐れがな

歯車との円滑な噛合が行なえる。また、そりを生
じさせることなく薄形化でき、材料の節約、軽量
化が可能で、慣性モーメントを小さくできる。

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 中心軸と上記中心軸の周囲に一体的に形成され
ているピニオンとを有する円板部と、上記円板部
の外周部に形成されている歯部とを具備してお
り、 上記円板部の片面に同心円状の溝部が複数個形
成され、他面には上記溝部間の間隙に対応する位
置に溝部が形成されており、 上記溝部のいずれかに射出成形用のゲートが位
置される ことを特徴とする歯車。
