、成形型内に挿入させるラベルを、従来の手段の如く成
形型の内面部に沿った形状に予備成形する必要がなくな
って、ラベルの成形作業を従来の成形作業に比して格段
容易なものとでき、製造作業の簡素化、及び製造コスト
の低減化が図れるという格別な効果を有するに至った。

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 成形型2内に筒状に形成されたラベル1を挿入させた状
態で、該ラベル1の内側部位に配された熱可塑性の加熱
軟化された合成樹脂シート5をその半径方向に拡張させ
て成形型2の内面部に沿った容器形状に成形して、該容
器成形される樹脂シート5とラベル1とを一体化させる
ラベル付容器の製造方法に於いて、前記ラベル1を加熱
延伸可能なものとして、前記樹脂シート5をラベル1の
内側部位でその半径方向に拡張させる際に前記ラベル1
を加熱させながら樹脂シート5と共にその半径方向に拡
張させて成形型2の内面部に沿った形状に成形すること
を特徴とするラベル付容器の製造方法。
