Conventionally, inorganic board materials such as fiber-reinforced cement boards and calcium silicate boards have been used with gouge-like or solid-like uneven steps for joining in order to ensure the reliability of end joints and to provide waterproofing and airtightness. established a department,
Further, sealing materials are attached to these uneven step portions so that these sealing materials are inserted during joining.

By the way, it is desirable that these sealing materials stick closely between the concavo-convex step surfaces that fit into each other, and for this reason, an adhesive sealing material is pasted in advance to either one of the concavo-convex step surfaces for joining. However, when transporting the wallboard to the construction site, the sealant may adhere to other objects, staining the other objects, or peeling off. Before joining, when aligning, etc., the above sealing material sticks to the wall boards to be joined, making it impossible to slide, making adjustment extremely difficult. In addition, when performing the cutting process, The disadvantage was that the sealant adhered to the hands or tools of the worker, making it difficult to perform the work.

This invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, with the purpose of providing a wall board with a sealing material that has good sealing properties at the joints of the wall boards and does not stick to other objects. , an inorganic plate material having an uneven edge for bonding formed on both edges, and a hot melt having a compressive strength of 0.5 to 2.0 Kg/cm 2 when compressed by 50% at 0°C on either side of the uneven edge. The system is characterized in that the sealing material is attached via an adhesive.

In addition, although the case of the uneven edge for actual joining was shown as the above-mentioned example, it is not limited to this, and it can be implemented in the same way for so-called uneven edges 2A and 2B for counter-jointing as shown in FIG. It is possible.

In addition, the above-mentioned hot melt sealing material 3 has no surface tackiness at room temperature and
A hot melt sealing material whose main component is a soft thermoplastic resin having a compressive strength of 0.5 to 2.0 Kg/cm 2 when compressed by 50% is used. For example, polyvinyl acetate resin, polyvinyl butyral, acrylic resin,
Hot melt sealing materials are used in which a thermoplastic resin component such as an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is mixed with rosin and rosin derivatives as a natural resin component, and butyl rubber, polyisobutylene, etc. as a rubber component. In addition, for adhesion to the side surfaces of the uneven edges 2A and 2B for bonding, a solvent type with alkali resistance,
Or an emulsion type adhesive is used.

This idea is structured as above, so
Seal material 3 is applied in advance to the uneven edge 2A or 2B for joining.
Although it is pasted, this sealing material 3 does not have tackiness at room temperature, and therefore there is no risk of it adhering to or staining other objects. In addition, since it retains its flexibility even at low temperatures, it is easily compressed between the joint surfaces, and at the same time its elasticity is exhibited even at low temperatures.
Good sealing performance is exhibited over a long period of time.
In addition, because the hot melt sealant is attached to the uneven surface for joining via an adhesive, it has very good adhesion to the base material and is less likely to peel off than when the hot melt sealant is attached alone. It has the effect of dramatically improving weather resistance and service life compared to conventional methods.
