クターに係合可能な爪部材と、 操作レバーのグリツプ部に出没自在に配置され
た操作ノブと、 この操作ノブの移動によつて前記爪部材を係合
位置と非係合位置とに回動変位させる伝達部材と
、 前記操作ノブを突出付勢することで爪部材を常
時係合するように付勢する付勢部材と、 を含み、 前記爪部材は、セクターと係合可能な先端側と
伝達部材が連結あるいは係合される基端側との少
なくとも２分割部分において、異なつた金属材料
により構成され、先端側の第１部分は耐衝撃性の
優れた金属から構成され、基端側の第２部分は衝
撃吸収性の優れた金属から構成されることを特徴
