(Prior Art) Synthetic resin bottle boxes have conventionally been used to store and transport bottles for beer, soft drinks, etc. These synthetic resin bottle boxes generally have a lattice-like rib on the bottom, and a lattice-like partition wall between the side walls to separate and store the bottles.
There were 30 compartments, and bottles were stored in these compartments. These bottles and boxes are stored and transported in a stacked state.

Therefore, in recent years, conventional bottle boxes have been divided into half the size to make them more compact, making them easier to carry, and the two split-formed bottle boxes can be connected together for storage. A bottle box with a structure that stabilizes the water has been proposed. For example, West German Patent Publication No.
No. 3034650 shows a bottle box that can be connected.

The connectable bottle boxes shown in the above-mentioned West German patent publication are formed into a rectangular shape in plan, with one side of the vertical side wall serving as an abutting surface, and a connecting hook provided on one of the supports adjacent to this abutting surface. ,
The other support has a double-wall structure with a void inside, and is provided with an insertion hole for the hook, and is equipped with a vertically movable connecting member inside, and the hook is inserted into the hook insertion hole, and the hook is connected to the hook. Both bottle boxes are connected and fixed by engaging a connecting member installed inside the double wall support. The connecting member is raised and lowered by a handle attached to the upper edge of the bottle box. That is, when one end of the handle and the top of the connecting member engage and the handle is positioned horizontally, the connecting member rises to the uppermost end to connect the two bottle boxes, and the handle rotates. When moved to a vertical position, the coupling member is disengaged from the coupling member, and the coupling member is lowered to the lowest end and separated.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In a bottle box having such a configuration, in order to ensure the connection, it is necessary for the connecting member to move up and down smoothly. However, since the connecting members in conventional bottle boxes are rod-shaped bodies, they are heavy and difficult to move smoothly, and it is also difficult to hold them at predetermined positions at the upper and lower ends.

That is, one side of a vertical side wall of a rectangular bottle box with an open top is formed into a rectangular shape in a plan view, and one side wall adjacent to the butt surface is provided with a plurality of protruding hooks, and the other side is provided with a plurality of hooks protruding from one support. The support column has a double wall structure with an internal gap, and a plurality of hook insertion holes are formed on the abutting surface side of the external wall to penetrate the gap, and the gap is movable up and down to engage with the hook. A connecting member is attached to the upper frame, and a rotatable handle whose tip end engages with the upper part of the connecting member and fits on the outer surface of the upper frame is pivotally supported, and two of the same shape are attached. When the bottle boxes are butted together, the hook of one bottle box is inserted into the insertion hole of the other bottle box, and the hook and the connecting member are engaged with each other, thereby allowing the two bottle boxes to be removably connected. A guide rib for guiding the connecting member is formed on the inner surface of the double wall column, and the lower end of this guide rib is formed at a height so that the bottom plate of the connecting member does not touch when the connecting member rises, and a connecting position confirmation hole is formed on the side surface. Further, the connecting member has a substantially U-shaped cross section having a rib with a slit and a back plate, and a confirmation display section that is displayed in the connection position confirmation hole is provided on the lower side surface, and furthermore, The member is characterized in that it has a bottom plate having a similar shape to the gap and having a size that almost closes the gap.

Therefore, in this embodiment, the longitudinal upper frames 10, 11 and the shorter upper frames 12, 13 are used as handles.
The bottom part 15 of the bottle box H consists of a bottom frame 18 and a bottom rib 9, and the bottom frame 18 is connected to the upper frames 10, 11, 12 and 1.
The bottom ribs 9 protrude from the lower ends of the support columns 1 to 4 and the side walls 5 to 8 so as to be located inside the inner surface of the bottom frame 18 in a plane. . Inside the bottle box H, a compartment 17 is formed by a grid-like partition wall 16 to separate and store the bottles. Furthermore, the side wall 5

The upper surface of the longitudinal upper frame 10 is formed into a wave shape. The depth of the upper surface of the longitudinal upper frame 10, that is, the depth of the protrusion 10a from the upper surface of the shorter upper frames 12 and 13 is x, and the depth of the recess 10b is y. Letting z be the height of the protrusion of the bottom 15 from the lower surface of the lower flange 19, x<z≦y, preferably x<(1/2 to 3/4)z.
Further, it is desirable that the slope 10c has a slope as gentle as possible.

Further, the wave-shaped recess 10b is formed in a size such that the bottom rib 9 fits on an extension line of the bottom rib 9 which is perpendicular to the longitudinal side walls 5, 6 in a plane. Therefore,
When two bottle boxes H are placed side by side and a bottle box twice the size is stacked, the bottom rib of the upper bottle box fits into the recess 10b. The convex portion 10a and the concave portion 10b are continuous by an inclined surface 10c.

In addition, the upper surface shape of the longitudinal upper frame 10 is a wave shape,
In order to facilitate pulling out during loading and unloading, the protrusion 10a is formed lower than the upper surfaces of the short upper frames 12 and 13 by x, but the upper surface of the protrusion 10a is on the same plane as the short upper frames 12 and 13, i.e. , x may be set to 0.
Further, the convex portion 10a and the concave portion 10b may be curved surfaces.

In addition, two bottle boxes are connected with their longitudinal side walls 5 facing each other, and the same lattice-like bottom ribs are formed on the upper tier.
When bottle boxes of twice the size are stacked, the bottom rib of the upper bottle box will fit into the recess 10b. Therefore, unlike in the past, the bottom of the upper bottle box is not placed on the upper frame of the connected lower bottle box H, but is completely fitted into the upper opening of the lower bottle box, reducing the risk of slipping. Can be safely stacked without any damage.

On the other hand, the support column 4 has a so-called double wall structure in which a substantially triangular gap 36 is formed between the inner wall 34 and the outer wall 35, and the surface on the longitudinal side wall 5 side, which is the abutting surface of the outer wall 35, is the support column 1. It protrudes from the abutting surface 43 of the longitudinal side wall 5 by the concave dimension l of the abutting surface, and therefore, the external wall 35 and the hooks 31, 32, and 33 protruding from the support 1 are on the same plane.
