Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent condensed dew from forming on a frame surrounding the door of the title case during the closing of the door by providing a packing and a packing holder so as to extend over the in-case surfaces of a glass frame made of resin, which covers each end portion of the front and rear surfaces of a double-layer transparent glass sheet and the side surfaces thereof, and a door frame made of metal, which covers the surrounding parts of the glass sheet. CONSTITUTION:A transparent door 11 is provided with a double-layer transparent glass sheet 51 and a frame body 55 covering the surrounding parts thereof, and the frame body 55 consists of a glass frame 57 made of resin such as hard vinyl chlorides and a door frame 58 made of metal such as aluminum, while a packing 56 is fixed on the in-case surface of the frame body 55 by means of a flexible packing holder 63 secured so as to extend over the in-case surfaces of both glass frame 57 and door frame 58. Accordingly, the in-case wall of the door frame 58 is not directly cooled by cold air in a storage chamber with the aid of both one end side of the packing holder 63 and the packing 36. Therefore, even if the door frame 58 is made of metal, condensed dew can be prevented from forming on the out-case wall of the door frame 58. In addition, the structural strength of the door can be increased.

In the conventional technique, an opening is formed and the opening is closed by a rotatably held door, and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 8632/1986 discloses a door frame made of metal. The door in this publication is composed of a transparent body such as glass and a surrounding frame that fits the west end face of the transparent body through a glass frame, and is attached to the inner side of the surrounding frame through a mounting member. A gasket with magnet is attached. Therefore, when the door is closed,
The end of the inner side surface of the surrounding frame is exposed to the cold air circulating inside the refrigerator.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the above-mentioned conventional publication, since the internal side surfaces of the surrounding frame disposed around the transparent door (four end faces) are exposed to the cold air inside the refrigerator, this surrounding frame If the refrigerator is made of metal, the heat transfer will also cool the outer surface of the surrounding frame, causing dew condensation to form on the outer surface of the refrigerator and causing dew droplets to fall from the door when the door opens and closes. Ta. If this surrounding frame were made of resin, this problem of condensation would be eliminated, but the door would have to be made quite sturdy considering the structural strength of the door due to its size and weight. First, not only does the door itself become larger, but the thickness of the surrounding frame is considerably thicker than that of a metal one compared to the thickness of the transparent body, which increases the thickness of the door and creates an apparent vertical imbalance. was there.

Therefore, in the present invention, when the surrounding frame of the transparent door is made of metal, it is possible to prevent dew condensation from forming on the surrounding frame when the door is closed, and to prevent dew droplets from falling around the low-temperature refrigerator. Take it as a challenge.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention provides a low-temperature refrigerator having a transparent door that is rotatably attached to a heat insulating box body having an opening formed in the front surface and defines a storage room together with the box body when the opening is closed. The transparent door consists of a resin glass frame arranged in an annular shape to cover the front and back edges and sides of double-layer transparent glass, and a resin glass frame that covers the surface of the glass frame. Function When the opening 3 is closed with the transparent door 11, the metal door frame 58 is connected to the glass frame 57 and the packing holder 63.
Since the end portion of the internal wall 74 of the refrigerator is covered by one end side and the packing 56, the internal wall of the door frame 58 is not directly exposed to the cold air of the storage room, and therefore is not easily affected by the cold air. None, the temperature drop of the door frame 58 is suppressed as much as possible, and the moisture contained in the air outside the refrigerator is cooled by the door frame 58 and is prevented from becoming dew and adhering to the door frame surface.

Note that the glass frame 57 has a front surface 52 and a back surface 5 of the transparent glass 51.
3. Consists of a front surface part 68, a back surface part 69, and a side surface part 70 corresponding to the side surface 54, and a stepped part 71 is formed on the inner surface of the intersecting part to form a space P between the side surface part 70 and the transparent glass side surface. A dovetail groove 76 consisting of a side wall 73, an inner wall 74, and a regulating protrusion 75, 75 is provided, and the contact portion 59 extends from the outer wall 72 inward (toward the transparent glass side). . A heater 77 for preventing dew condensation is provided on the inner surface of the side wall 73, and a heat insulating material 78 is provided in the dovetail groove 76 to prevent heat from being transmitted to the glass frame 57 when the heater is energized. The effect of preventing dew condensation may be improved.

With these configurations, the internal wall 74 of the door frame 58 can be isolated from the cold air in the storage room 16 by the surface portion 69 of the glass frame 57, one end side of the packing holder 63, and the packing 56, and can be directly cooled by the cold air. Therefore, even if the refrigerator is made of metal, the outer wall 72 and side wall 73
This prevents condensation from forming.

Here, the packing holder 63 is in a state in which the locking claw 80 formed at one end of the holder is locked to the locking piece 61 formed on the back surface 69 of the glass frame 57 (the state shown in FIG. 4, ■).
Using the flexibility of the holder 63, the other end can be hung 8

By configuring the present invention as described above, the door frame 58 of the transparent door is not directly exposed to cold air inside the refrigerator when the door is closed, so dew can be prevented from forming on the door frame 58 when the door is closed, and the door can be opened easily. At times, dew drops can be prevented from falling. Also,
Since a heat insulating layer is formed by the heat insulating material 78 and the space P between the door frame 58 and the side surface 54 of the transparent glass, heat transfer from the glass is also alleviated, making it difficult for the door frame 58 to be cooled. . Further, since the packing holder 63 is fixed in one-touch by fitting, no fixing tools such as screws are required for attaching and detaching the packing holder 63, and assembly work, inspection and replacement work can be easily performed. By forming the dovetail groove 64 in the packing holder 63, the six walls of the dovetail groove 64 work to prevent the fixed packing holder itself from bending, and the packing 56
This eliminates the problem that the holder bends and is difficult to fix when it is fixed.

As detailed above, according to the present invention, the interior wall of the metal door frame is prevented from coming into contact with the air in the storage room by the glass frame, packing holder, and packing.
The storage room is not exposed to the cold air and is not cooled by the cold air, and the outside air in contact with the outside walls and side walls of the storage room is hardly cooled, so that moisture in the air does not form as condensation on these surfaces. can.
