Movable roof systems include sliding type, tilt-up type, or a combination of both types. In either device, a movable roof opens and closes the roof opening. Therefore, when closing the roof opening,
There have been cases where people have accidentally gotten their fingers caught between the front edge of the roof opening and the movable roof, resulting in injury to the fingers in extreme cases.

The technical means taken by the present invention to solve this problem consists of a panel, an interior board to which the front of the vehicle is attached so that it can move upward, one end of which is fixed on the interior board, and the other end of which is fixed to the interior board. A stem that slidably penetrates the inside of the panel, a head formed at the upper part of the other end of the stem and regulating the downward movement of the stem, and a head that is stretched between the panel and the interior board so as to keep the interior board constantly and a spring means for urging downward.

As a result, even if a finger is caught between the front edge of the roof opening and the movable roof when the roof opening is closed, the interior board of the movable roof is moved upward toward the panel, so the load applied to the finger from the movable roof is reduced. This prevents your fingers from becoming weak and twisting, causing pain or injury.

Moreover, this means has the effect of preventing deformation of the front edge of the roof opening and the movable roof. In addition, since the stem is slidably passed through the panel and a spring means is provided to bias the interior board downward, the gap between the interior board and the panel is minimized, ensuring head clearance for the passenger. The amount of deformation of the interior board can be increased. Furthermore, since a guide hole is formed in the panel that communicates with the holding hole that slidably holds the stem and opens toward the front of the vehicle, the interior board can be slid from the front of the vehicle without using any special tools. It is possible to assemble the interior board to the panel via the stem with the simple task of just letting the interior board slide, and there is no need to secure an assembly work space between the interior board and the panel, which reduces head clearance for the occupants. Never.

A rectangular opening 13 is formed in the roof 11 of the automobile, and the opening 13 is closed by a rectangular movable roof 14 that is fitted and held in the opening 13. Furthermore, the movable roof 14 is guided by a pair of guide rails 15 (only one is shown in FIG. 1) disposed on both sides of the opening 13, and is moved forward and backward by a drive mechanism 16 via cables 17 and 18. It is connected to a movable device comprising a shoe (not shown), a cam mechanism 19 disposed between the shoe and the movable roof 14, and a power transmission mechanism 23. In such a movable roof device 12, for example, as in Utility Model Application No. 165877/1980, the movable roof 14 is in the tilted open position shown in FIG. the closed position and the opening 1 housed within the roof 11

Next, the movable roof 14, which is the main part of the present invention, will be explained. Like the automobile roof 11, the movable roof 14 is composed of a panel 14a made of a steel plate and a flexible interior board 14b made of resin stepped with a space provided on the lower surface of the panel 14a. A support member 20 having a conical spring 21 that retracts at five points (only three points are shown in FIG. 2) is interposed between the mounting portion 14c of the panel 14a and the front edge of the interior board 14b (left side in FIG. 2). In addition to the installation, interior board 1
A pair of leaf springs 22 (only one is shown in FIG. 2) are attached to both side edges of 4b between them and the power transmission mechanism 23.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the leaf spring 22 is disposed in the front-rear direction of the automobile, and one end of the leaf spring 22 is connected to the interior board 1 through the engagement hole 22a.
It is fixed to the interior board 14b by being fitted into a pin-shaped attachment member 24 implanted in the interior board 14b. Further, the other end is fixed to the power transmission mechanism 23 by pins 25, 25. Therefore, leaf spring 22
The interior board 14b is attached to the power transmission mechanism 23 so as to be movable upward, and driving force can also be directly transmitted from the power transmission mechanism 23 to the interior board 14b.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, the right support member 20 includes a base plate 26 fixed to the interior board 14b, a stem 27 erected from the base plate 26, and a stem 27 provided at the tip of the stem 27. The head 28 , a seat 29 that is slidably and loosely fitted to the stem 27 , and the seat 29 and the base plate 26
The conical spring 21 is interposed between the conical spring 21 and urges the seat 24 toward the head 28. and,

2 is held between the head 28 and the seat 29, and the base plate 26 is held between the stables 30 and 3.
By being fixed to the interior board 14b at 0, the front edge of the interior board 14b is attached to be movable upward relative to the panel 14a.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, when the movable roof 14 closes the opening 13, even if a finger is caught between the front edge 13a of the opening 13 and the interior board 14b of the movable roof 14, the support member 20 The conical spring 21 is compressed into a spiral shape, causing the stem 27 to move upward and into the protrusion 32 of the mounting portion 14c, and at the same time, the leaf spring 22 curves, causing the front edge of the interior board 14b to deform upward. Therefore,
The load acting on the pinched finger is leaf spring 2

Note that since the conical spring 21 is compressed and deformed in a spiral shape in a plane, no gap is left between the panel 14a and the interior board 14b, that is, the interior board 14b can be deformed upward until it comes into contact with the panel 14a.

First, the panel 14a of the movable roof 14 is fixed to the drive device. After this, the panel 14a is moved to the slide open position. Then, the support member 20 and the attachment member 24 are attached in advance to predetermined positions on the interior board 14b, and the interior board 14b is inserted from the front edge side of the panel 14a while being pressed against the lower side of the panel 14a. As a result, the leaf spring 2 attached to the power transmission mechanism 23

This guide groove 31 is a guide portion 3 formed at the bottom of the protrusion 32 to guide the stem 27 of the support member 20.
1a, a holding portion 31b formed at the center of the bottom portion to hold the boss portion 29a of the seat portion 29, and a ridge formed on the side surface of the protrusion on the front edge side adjacent to the bottom portion and having a width larger than the outer diameter of the head portion 28. The intrusion part 31c, the guide part 31a, and the holding part 31b are linearly arranged in this order in the front-rear direction of the automobile. Therefore, by further inserting the interior board 14b, the support member 20 moves into the guide groove 3 while its stem 27 is guided by the guide portion 31a of the guide groove 31.
1 (FIG. 9b).
Then, the stem 27 is attached to the holding portion 31 of the guide groove 31.
When the position b is reached, the boss portion 29a of the seat portion 29 is fitted and held in the holding portion 31b by the biasing force of the spring 21. This allows the support member 20 to
The bottom surface is held between the seat portion 29 and the seat portion 29. At the same time, the engagement hole 22a of the leaf spring 22 is fitted with the mounting member 24 of the interior board 14b, so that the assembly of the interior board 14b to the panel 14a is easily completed, and the interior board 14b is attached to the panel so that its front edge can move upward.
