と第８図は従来のヒートシンクの側面図と平面図
である。 図において、１は第１ブロツク、２，９，２０
は溝、３，４は出入口、５，６は口金、７は第２
ブロツク、８はロー付け、１０は角管、１は孔、
１２はロー、１３，１４は平面部である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 平板状でその内部に冷媒の流通路を有し、
    その側面部に上記流通路と連通する冷媒の出入口
    を有する平板状のヒートシンクにおいて、その一
    平面側に上記冷媒流通路用の溝を形成した平板状
    の第１ブロツクと、その一平面が上記溝の開口部
    を覆つて冷媒の流通路を形成させる平板状の第２
    ブロツクを備え、上記第１ブロツクの溝の形成面
    側と上記第２ブロツクの上記溝と対応する面側と
    を重ね合せるようにしたことを特徴とするヒート
    シンク。 (2) 請求項１項記載のヒートシンクにおいて、
    第２ブロツクにも第１ブロツクの冷媒流通路用の
    溝と対応した位置に溝を設け、この両者の溝で冷
    媒流通路を形成するようにしたヒートシンク。 (3) 請求項１項または２項記載のヒートシンク
    において、冷媒流通路用の溝は、その溝の形成面
    上から見て外部からうず巻状に中心部に向い中心
    部で反転して逆のうず巻状で外部へ向う溝とした
    ヒートシンク。
