に固定用ネコを速効性接着剤を介して接着すると共に前
記内隅部の他の部分に補強用ネコを遅効性接着剤を介し
て接着することを特徴とする建具家具用折曲部材の製造
方法を要旨とするものである。

曲部材の製造後、治具と共に長時間養生さす必要がなく
、量産が容易化すると共に養生のためのスペースを要さ
ず、製造後直ちに保管、梱包、出荷でき、又、折曲用溝
の閉合及び補強用ネコの接着には遅効性接着剤を用いて
いるので、これらに速効性接着剤を用いるのと異なり製
造が技術的に容易であると共に生産コストを低下できる
。又、折曲部材の使用時には前記遅効性接着剤が既に硬
化して強度維持に寄与することになる。
