容器と、前記クライオスタツトと前記貯蔵容器と
を連結するトランスフアーチユーブとを備えた装
置において、前記トランスフアーチユーブは、そ
の前記ヘリウム貯蔵容器側の開放端が容器底部付
近まで延在するとともに、その先端部近傍に超電
導材を用いた液面センサを備えていることを特徴
