Therefore, in order to solve such problems, the applicant of the present invention proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 60-62872 that the flange portion of the joiner 20 is attached to the end face of the panel 23, as illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4. A groove 24 into which the flange 21 is inserted is provided at a position equidistant from the panel surface, and the flange portion 2 is inserted into this groove 24.
When the joiner 1 is inserted, the web 22 part of the joiner is
A shallow joiner 20 that is substantially flush with the back surface of the panel 23 and 2 to 5 m below the back surface of the panel.
A shallow joiner 20 is used in the same direction as the rim 25, and the web of this joiner is connected by a bolt 27 through an elastic body 26. It is fixed to the panel 25, and the seam is sealed with a filler 28, while a deep joiner (not shown) is used in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the panel 25, and the joiner that protrudes from the back surface of the panel 23 is A method of attaching the panel is disclosed in which the web portion is fixed in direct contact with the surface of the furring 25. According to this installation method, since the groove for inserting the flange portion 21 of the joiner 20 is provided at the same distance from the surface of the panel surface 23, even if there is variation in the thickness of the panel 23, the Rim 25
Even if there are variations in height due to warping or twisting, these variations will be removed by a deep joiner (not shown).
It is sufficiently absorbed by the space formed between the front surface of the rim 25 and the back surface of the panel 23 and the elastic body 26 interposed between the shallow joiner 20 and the rim 25, and unevenness between adjacent panels no longer appears. Ta. However, such a method requires a lot of time and effort for construction, and cannot be said to be satisfactory in terms of workability.

First, the insertion hole provided on the A side of the main body metal fitting in this invention is for fixing the main body metal fitting to a base material such as a body rim through fastening metal fittings such as nails and bolts. The shape may be a circle, an oval or similar shape to provide some flexibility, and the number may be one or more.

Next, the insertion hole provided on the B side of the main body metal fitting in this invention is such that the C part of the insertion metal fitting, which will be described later, can be inserted and removed with some play in a state parallel to the A side,
The number is not necessarily limited to one, but may be multiple as long as they are arranged on the same line.

In addition, the angle iron shape that is the shape of the main body fitting of the present invention, which is composed of the A side having such an insertion hole and the B side having an insertion hole, refers to a via shape steel, an equal angle shape steel, a scalene angle shape steel, or It is similar in shape to these, and it goes without saying that the required dimensions must be determined appropriately depending on the size and weight of the panel to be installed, but in normal cases, the length is about 3 to 15 CI11. It is sufficient that the panel is short and that one side of the panel can be supported at about 1 to 4 points.

Furthermore, the insertion fitting in this invention can be inserted and removed relatively freely into the insertion hole provided on the B side of the main body metal fitting, and has a portion C that penetrates the insertion hole and protrudes to the back side of the B side; It consists of a portion D that cannot be inserted into the insertion hole. Since the panel is fixed by fitting one or both ends of this insertion fitting into a groove provided on the end surface of the panel, the contact area must be a point or line to avoid stress concentration at the fitting area. Since it is more desirable that the shape be a plane, it is preferable that both C and D have a flat plate shape. In addition, when trying to fix the panel on both the front and back sides of B side using both C and D, the insertion fittings are as follows:
Part C and part D (width wider than the length of the insertion hole)
It is natural that the length of the part 0 protruding from the back surface of B and the height of the part D standing up from the surface of B should be approximately the same. However, in cases where the panel is fixed on only one side, such as around a window frame, there is no need to make the D part stand up from the B side, so it is necessary to bend the D part or It is desirable to deform one end of the plate consisting only of part C by bending or hitting it strongly to create a part corresponding to part D, so that it has a shape that cannot be penetrated into the insertion hole. Therefore, the portion D of the insertion fitting is not limited to a shape that is exposed on the eight sides of the main body metal fitting, but may be partially or entirely buried in the insertion hole. Here, also for the insertion fitting,
As with the main body metal fittings, it goes without saying that dimensions, strength, etc. should be considered as appropriate depending on the size, weight, etc. of the panel.
At the same time, it is important to change the dimensions and shape of the insertion hole as needed to prevent excessive play. This is because if the play when the insertion fitting is inserted into the insertion hole is greater than the play required to allow the insertion fitting to be freely inserted and removed, the insertion fitting will swing and the panel will not be able to be fixed.

On the other hand, the panel on the side to be installed is a relatively large rectangular board called a siding board, mirror board, wall board, ceiling board, etc., and is made of wood, hydraulic inorganic, mineral fiber, or plastic. , metal, etc., or a composite or laminate of these materials. The grooves into which the insertion fittings are fitted into the end faces of these panels may be long over the entire end face, or may be locally short and provided only at necessary locations. In addition, if the panel is weak in strength, a reinforcing material may be applied to at least one side of the groove in order to prevent cracks or damage by dispersing the stress that occurs when the panel is fixed with the insert fittings. can.

Furthermore, in order to correct unevenness between panels (floating adjustment) caused by distortion of the base material such as the fuselage or variations in the thickness of the panels themselves, it is necessary to , just insert a liner between the two as appropriate. The liner in this case may be a ring-shaped washer or a simple plate, but there are many problems with these, such as passing the fastener, shifting the insertion position, or falling off, so use a plate of any thickness on the A side of the main body metal fitting. By providing a hole through which the fastening fitting passes through at a position corresponding to the provided insertion hole, and suspending the fastening fitting from one side to the hole, the shaft can easily reach the position of the hole. It is preferable to use a plate-shaped liner with a notch. With such a liner, there is no risk of the liner shifting or changing its position even if multiple liners are stacked and fastened together. There is no need to insert or remove fasteners, making it easy to operate and highly reliable correction.

In this invention, the simple operation of inserting and removing the insertion fitting into the insertion hole of the main body metal fitting forms a protrusion that fits into the groove provided on the end face of the panel. It is also very easy to make a floating adjustment with high stability, and it can be said that the effect of this invention on the workability of panel installation is extremely large.

Various metal fittings as shown in FIG. 1 were manufactured as parts related to this invention. i.e. length 65mm, width 60mm
, bend a 2mm thick iron plate to form side A and side B.
The main body fitting 1 is made of an evenly extruded steel shape, and the A side A has three insertion holes 2 with a diameter of 5 mm, and the B side B has a length of 45 mm.
, one insertion hole 3 having a width of 2.5B is provided. In addition, we cut an iron plate with a length of 65 mm, a width of 30 mm, and a thickness of 2 m to create a trapezoid (
The insertion fitting 4 consists of a part C with an upper side of 40 IIIffl, a lower side of 44 mm, and a height of 16 mm.Furthermore, an iron plate with the same dimensions as this insertion fitting 4 is placed in the center so that the C part and the D part are at right angles. It was bent to form the insertion fitting 5. In addition,
As one of the auxiliary parts, a liner 7 for buoyancy adjustment was also fabricated by providing three notches 6 with a width of 9 mm and a depth of 20III11 on a steel plate with a length of 65 mm, a width of 30 holes, and a thickness of 1 mm.

Next, a specific method using such a main body fitting 1 and an insertion fitting 4 or 5 is shown in FIG. 2, for example. That is, the main body fitting 1 was attached and fixed to the furring 10 using the fastening fittings 11. At this time, if the accuracy of the rim 10 is not good, an appropriate number of liners 7 are interposed between the rim 10 and the main body fitting 1 and tightened, but these are not used in the case of FIG.

Next, a panel 13 with a groove 12 formed on the end surface was placed under the main body metal fitting 1, and the insertion fitting 4 was inserted through the insertion hole 3 on side B (not shown clearly in Fig. 2) up to the groove 12. . Note that the grooves 12 were locally created using a power saw during construction, and in order to disperse the stress of the insertion fitting 4,
A reinforcing material 14 in the form of a via section steel is applied to one side of the groove 12. In this state, the panel 13 did not fall forward and was fixed quite firmly. Yet another panel 15
When the grooves 12 of the insertion fittings 4 were overlapped so that they matched with the protruding portion D of the insertion fittings 4, the lower side of the panel 15 could also be fixed. In this embodiment, since there was no base material for fixing the main body fitting 1 in the direction perpendicular to the rim 10, a conventional joiner 17 with a flange 16 was used for the joint in that direction. , each groove 1
2 to provide strength by inserting the flange 16 into the flange 10. However, if there is a base material to replace the rim 10 in the direction perpendicular to the rim 10, the main body fitting 1 and the insertion fitting 4 should also be inserted in this direction. Of course, it is also possible to use it in the same manner as above. In addition, the main body fitting 1 can be attached to the body rim 10 upside down, and by appropriately combining the insertion fittings 5, the range of use can be greatly expanded, and it is not only possible to attach panels one after the other. It has become clear that even when installing a single panel, it can be used without unnecessary protrusions appearing around it.
