用インサイドミラーに関する。[Detailed description of the invention] <<Industrial application field>> This invention relates to an inside mirror for automobiles.
In particular, the present invention relates to an inside mirror for an automobile, in which when the driver collides with the mirror body or the like during an accident, the stay falls off from the base of the ceiling to minimize damage to the driver.

This inside mirror has a structure in which a plurality of bullet wires are stretched in the stay attachment hole of the base, and an engaging piece formed at the base joint of the stay is hooked onto the broken wires. That is, the engagement piece has a claw portion at its tip, and after the engagement piece is inserted between the bullet lines, it is rotated by a certain angle to hook the claw portion and the bullet line.

In particular, when a protrusion and a recess are provided between the base and the stay to regulate the position in the rotational direction, it is necessary to absorb a certain amount of clearance caused by the fitting of the protrusion and the recess when the stay is installed as described above. Therefore, it is difficult to obtain a strong press-contact state after the bullet line and the engaging portion are engaged, and there is a drawback that the mirror is likely to rattle.

This is an inside mirror for an automobile equipped with a mirror that is pivotably supported in an adjustable manner. The spring has a constricted part on its closed side, and a curved part between this constricted part and its open side, and the screw head of the mounting screw that is inserted through the linear spring and screwed into the stay. The present invention is characterized in that a tapered portion is formed, and the curved portion of the linear spring is engaged with the tapered portion.

It is designed to be attached to the ceiling inner wall 1 with fixing screws 2 via. Furthermore, a substantially U-shaped groove 7 is formed on the upper surface of the base 3 so as to be continuous with the opening 5 and avoid the mounting hole 6 . A linear spring 8 is attached to this groove 7, as shown in FIG. In other words, this linear spring 8 is formed into a substantially U-shaped loop corresponding to the shape of the groove 7, and the middle part is formed at the opening 5.
is being approached from both sides. Note that the portion of the linear spring 8 facing the opening 5 is roundly curved to correspond to the screw head 10 of the mounting screw 9 for attaching the stay 4 to the base 3. Further, the material and thickness of the linear spring 8 are appropriately selected in order to obtain the necessary elasticity to cause the stay 4 to fall off, and the optimum one is adopted.

Furthermore, a notch 12 is formed in the base joint of the stay 4 to allow the aforementioned fixing screw 2 to be mounted from below.

That is, the linear spring 8 has a constricted portion 9a formed at its closed side portion 9c, and a curved portion that engages between the constricted portion 9a and the open side portion 9d so as to surround the tapered portion 13. A portion 9b is formed.

By inserting and screwing into the screw hole 11 of the stay 4, the tapered portion 13 of the screw head 10 engages with the linear spring 8, thereby joining it to the base 3. In addition, on the joint surface of the stay 4 and the base 3, there are protrusions 14a and
14b and recesses 15a, 15b are formed so that they fit into each other.

This causes the stay 4 to separate further and fall off.

調整することができる。 Since the linear spring has a loop shape with a constricted part on the closed side and a curved part between the constricted part and the open side, the elastic force of the linear spring is It is applied not as a localized surface pressure load but as a distributed load to the mounting screw.
As a result, both the linear spring and the mounting screw are unlikely to be damaged when they fall off, and they can be used again after they have fallen off. In addition, a stable falling load with no directionality can be obtained. Further, by appropriately setting the elastic force of the linear spring, the falling load of the stay can be freely adjusted.
