Due to the action of the magnet contained in the electrode part fixed to the earlobe, the fist not only has the function of monitoring brain waves, but also has the function of relieving stiff shoulders and eye strain, and as a result, easing irritation and mental fatigue. Therefore, compared to conventional biofeedback devices, it is more effective in restoring mental and physical balance and bringing out latent abilities.

As can be seen from Table 1, compared to conventional biofeedback devices, the biofeedback device of the present invention produces more α-waves (which are emitted when the balance of mind and body is restored), and is effective for biofeedback training. The effect was great.
