X軸移動ユニツト上に設けてあり前記スライド台
に対して直交に移動自在であるY軸移動ユニツト
と、Y軸移動ユニツトの先端部に設けてあり前記
被測定シヤフトの側面部に対する接触を検出する
測定子と、前記X軸移動ユニツト、前記Y軸移動
ユニツトとベース側に設定した原点位置との移動
距離を夫々検出するX軸、Y軸移動距離検出器と
、X軸、Y軸移動距離検出器、前記測定子の各検
出結果に基づいて前記被測定シヤフトの寸法を算
出する演算器とを具備していることを特徴とする
