であるか否かが判断される。S8ステツプは本発明の判
断手段に相当し、同ステップではコンピュータ(12)
内のカウンタMでのカウント値が上記算出回数に−Nに
到達したか否かが判断される。即ち、上記カウンタMは
コーンが破裂することにより食品(2)から発生する所
定レベル以上の音の回数をカウントするものであり、斯
るカウンタMでのカウント値により食品(2)から所定
レベル以上の音が算出回数に−Nだけ発生したか否かが
判断される。而して、加熱が進んでくると、コーンが破
裂しだして所定レベル以上の音が発生しだし、これによ
りマイクロホン(7)により所る音が検知されるとその
都度S7ステップからS9ステツプを経てS8ステツプ
に至るようになる。S9ステツプでは上記カウンタMで
1ずつアップカウントがなされる。このようにして所定
レベル以上の音が発生しだしその音の回数がカウンタM
でカウントされて算出回数に−Hに到達すると、S8ス
テツプでこれが判断されS10ステツプが実行される。
