Therefore, it has been proposed to use a follower plate that slides on the inner circumferential surface of the conventional pail to isolate the material from the air, but even with this, air gets mixed into the material when the pail is replaced. There is a drawback that the follow plate does not slide smoothly inside the pail can.

When in use, a conically expanding follower plate, that is, a rubber wiper 34 provided at the lower end suction port of the high-pressure pump 33 of the supply device is applied to the upper part of the material 30.
0, but even this is insufficient to isolate the air from the material, and after use, the internal volume of the rubber wiper 34, for example, 1.5 to 2.0, of the material remains, so it is wasteful and wastes time. When replacing the can, the material drips and contaminates the surrounding area, and the volume of the rubber wiper allows air to get into the material, which can impede suction and cause bead breakage, as well as deteriorate the material and cause it to solidify. This has the disadvantage that the suction port or supply pipe may become clogged.

In addition to providing a through hole, the outer end of this inner lid should be in sliding contact with the inner circumferential surface of the pail can to prevent the material from coming into contact with air, and the pump of the feeding device should be equipped with an adapter that has a suction port with a diameter of 50 mm or less. This prevents material from dripping or dripping when replacing the pail.

An outer lid 5 is fitted to the upper end. A disposable inner lid 6 made of plastic with a flat bottom surface is fitted inside the bag 2 above the material 1, and a desiccant such as silica gel 7 is placed on the inner lid 6. As shown in FIG. 1B, the inner lid 6 has a through hole 8 with a diameter of 50 mm or less in the center.
An aluminum film 9 is bonded above the through hole 8.
Further, the peripheral part of the inner lid 6 forms a cylindrical part 10 that extends upward, and the upper end 11 of the cylindrical part 10 is approximately
It expands outward in an inverted conical shape at an angle of 30 degrees, and its outer end 12 slides into vertically movable contact with the inner peripheral surface of the pail can 4 through the membrane of the bag 2.

A cylinder 16 for driving the pump is fixed on top of the cylinder 5. A piston 19 of a pump 18 for sucking material is connected to the lower end of a piston shaft 17 extending below the cylinder 16, and an adapter 21 having a suction port 20 with a diameter of 50 mm or less is fixed to the lower end of the pump 18.

To use this, the support stand 15 is raised by the cylinder 14 in FIG. 2, and the pail can 4 is placed on the stand 13 as shown in the second figure. Next, the outer lid 5 of the pail can 4 is removed, the string 3 is untied, the bag 2 is opened, its upper part is opened, and the bag is folded back to the outside of the opening of the pail can 4.

The liquid is sucked in through an inlet 20, discharged through an outlet 22, and sent to a predetermined application section through a supply pipe 23.

scrape off without wasting anything. In this way, when the material 1 is used up, the flat lower surface of the inner lid 6 comes into close contact with the bottom surface of the pail can 4, and all the material is sent out through the through hole 8.

The material is allowed to escape from the inside of the pail can 4, but at this time, since the diameter of the suction port 20 at the lower end of the pump 18 is 50 mm or less, the material does not drip due to surface tension.

Since the outer end of the inner lid is in sliding contact with the inner circumferential surface of the pail can, the material does not come into contact with air, and therefore the material does not solidify or deteriorate. In addition, the pump of the feeding device is equipped with an adapter that has a suction port with a diameter of 50 mm or less to prevent material from dripping or dripping when replacing the pail, which not only prevents contamination of the surrounding area but also prevents material from dripping during feeding. Air does not get mixed into the material, and suction is not hindered, and its deterioration can be further completely prevented.
