Claims (1)
- 弁座と、弁体と、同弁体を同弁座方向に付勢し
て弁体シート部を弁座シート部に押し付ける弁体
付勢機構と、同弁体を弁座方向の付勢力に抗し移
動させてスロート面積を変化させる弁体作動機構
とを有する流量制御弁において、前記弁座シート
部を短くするとともに、前記弁体シート部に丸味
を付し、前記弁体の微少移動に対してスロート面
積を微少に変化させる傾斜面を前記弁体に設けた
ことを特徴とする流量制御弁。
