As seen in the above publication, gas burners and other burners are known to have a temperature-sensitive head in the center that is resiliently repelled upward by a spring and comes into contact with the bottom surface of a pot or other cooking utensil above it. In this case, there are two types of temperature sensing elements, for example, a liquid expansion type and a bimetal type.
A combination of types is conceivable, according to which the temperature-sensitive head should be provided with one of each, or two of them, so that the two are arranged on one side and on the other side and mutually arranged on the bottom surface. The sensor is of a type that detects the temperature at each location by being brought into contact with the sensor at different locations, which has disadvantages such as being prone to detection errors depending on changes in location and being bulky as a whole.

A thermosensing head 4 with a built-in thermosensor has a bimetallic thermosensor 6 inside the thermosensor 4, and a liquid-expandable thermosensor surrounding the thermosensor 6. It comprises an element 5.

The temperature element 5 is provided in a ring shape surrounding it. The liquid inflatable temperature sensing element 5 is attached to a liquid container 5 as shown in the figure.
It consists of a and a thin tube 5b extending from it, and
The bimetallic temperature sensing element 6 consists of a bimetallic element 6a which is inverted and a switch 6b which is opened and closed by the bimetallic element 6a.

Both temperature-sensing elements are in direct contact with the central position of the bottom surface of the cooking utensil 3, and both elements 5 and 6 are arranged concentrically, compared to those in which the elements 5 and 6 are arranged side by side separately.
6 receive uniform heat from the cooking utensil 3, thus eliminating errors due to differences in position and having the effect of being relatively compact as a whole.
