DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION <Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to an air pump used in a fish tank for raising fish for ornamental purposes or for human consumption. (Prior art) An air pump that supplies air to water or seawater in a fish tank uses an electromagnet inside the case and a permanent magnet at the tip, as described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-50546, for example. has a vibrating arm facing the electromagnet mentioned above, and a diaphragm connected in the middle of the vibrating arm. When the electromagnet is energized, the vibrating arm minutely vibrates back and forth due to the permanent magnet, and this reciprocating vibration causes the diaphragm to expand and contract. When the air pump is in operation, the vibrating arm vibrates minutely back and forth, and the diaphragm expands and contracts. As a result, the entire case vibrates slightly and generates vibration noise. In particular, since the aquarium and air pump are installed and used indoors, the above-mentioned minute vibrations and vibration noise may become a nuisance indoors. <Means for solving the problem> The present invention has been proposed in view of the above, and includes a first frame portion and a second frame portion that can be joined to the first frame portion. A pump case is constructed by the above, and a vibration absorbing material capable of absorbing vibration is interposed at the joint between the first frame portion and the second frame portion,
By fixedly supporting the pump mechanism inside the pump case using the support part provided on the vibration absorbing material mentioned above,
This article provides an air pump for fish tanks that dramatically reduces vibration and noise generated. Embodiments The present invention will be explained in detail below based on embodiments shown in the drawings. In the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 3,

Then, the first vibration absorbing material 14 that supported the side 22 of the pump machine as described above is superimposed on the upper surface of the support plate 13, and the cylindrical portion 19 is attached to the outer surface of the insertion opening 16, and the tube 29 is Insert the lower end into the upper end of the insertion slot 16 airtightly. In addition, by overlapping the second vibration absorbing material l5 on the lower surface of the support plate 13, the first vibration absorbing material l4, the support plate l3, and the second vibration absorbing material 15 are integrated into the upper and lower parts of the first frame portion 2. Place the cord 25'' of the electromagnet 25 on the top surface of the electromagnet 25 from the notch 1l to the second
While guiding the second frame 3 to the outside of the frame 3, move the second frame 3 to the side 22 of the pump machine.
The screws 12 that are attached to the outside of the second frame portion 3 and crimped to the upper surface periphery of the first vibration absorbing member 14 to pass through each screw insertion hole 7 from below are firmly fixed to the thick wall portion 10. wear it. Then, if necessary, insert a 12° screw from the bottom of the raised portion 5 to the support plate 13.
The first frame portion 2 and the support plate l3 may be firmly crimped by driving into the lower surface of the support plate l3. When the air pump 1 is assembled in this way, the first vibration absorbing material 14 is attached to the joint between the first frame part 2 and the second frame part 3.
, the support plate 13 and the second vibration absorbing material 15 are interposed, and the side 22 of the pump machine that generates vibration and noise is
It is supported only by the vibration absorbing material 14 and does not come into contact with the second frame part 3 or the first frame part 2. Moreover, the diaphragm 28
The air discharged from the tube is discharged into the air storage section 6 through the flexible tube 29, fills the air storage section 6, and flows out from the discharge port 9. Therefore, the air pump l does not generate minute vibrations or noise, and is extremely quiet even during operation. Note that if the outer circumferential surface of the supporting portion 18 is held by the inner circumferential surface of the lower end of the second frame portion 3, the supporting portion 18 cannot be bent, so that the pump machine tjl22 can be strongly supported. In addition, if the positions of the insertion port 16 and the discharge port 9 are sufficiently separated, the diaphragm 2
Since the pulsating air discharged from the air outlet 8 is stored and buffered inside the air storage section 6, the air does not flow out from the outlet 9 as a pulsating flow. Therefore, bubbles do not become irregular in the aquarium. The second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 4 shows a rectangular air pump 1, and when compared in structure with the first embodiment described above, the second vibration absorbing member 15 is not provided, and the first The difference is that the vibration absorbing material 14 is made into an annular rectangle and the central part is removed, and that the tube 29 is inserted directly into the insertion opening 16 provided in the support plate 13, but other configurations are almost the same.

Therefore, the structure of the symbols shown in FIG. 4 but not explained is the same structure as in the first embodiment described above, so the explanation will be omitted. Although the present invention has been described above with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be implemented in any manner as long as the structure described in the claims is not changed. <Effects of the Invention> In summary, according to the present invention, the pump mechanism that generates minute vibrations and noise is not brought into contact with the exterior case, but instead is supported by the first vibration absorbing material that absorbs vibrations. Most of the vibrations generated from the pump mechanism are absorbed by the first vibration absorber, and the case does not vibrate slightly. Additionally, since the air discharged from the side of the pump is stored in the air storage section and flows out from the outlet, it is possible to prevent pulsation of the air flowing out. Therefore, even if used indoors,
Furthermore, even when used late at night, the system does not cause any disturbance due to noise or vibration, making it of high practical value.
