Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve safety by providing a variable wing driven up and down in response to the amount of heat produced at a warm air blast outlet by heat production means and further providing a vertically rotatable guide wing at the lower portion of the warm air blast outlet. CONSTITUTION:Before starting operation, a variable wing 18 is located vertically. Once an operation switch 35 is turned on in said situation, a burning control section 32 is actuated by an output S3 from comparison/decision section 31 issued on the basis of outputs from temperature detection section 29 and a room temperature detection section 30 to issue a control signal S4 for starting the burning in conformity with a sequence previously specified and a convection fan 11 is rotated. Once a user pushes any of switches 33a, 33b..., a variable wing driving section 34 issues a signal S5 in response to said switch to drive a motor 25 and hereby rotates the variable wing 18 to a predetermined angle. Warm air as the movable wing 18 is situated substantially vertically does not make contact with a floor surface just after the warm air is blown off from the warm air blast outlet, but it makes contact with the floor surface by being guided by the guide wing 16 at a location slightly distant from the warm air outlet 3. Hereby, safety is assured and hence a title device is useable and makes contact with the floor surface. Hereby, safety and freedom use from anxiety are assured.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, since the looper 105 provided at the hot air outlet 104 is fixed to the main body, the direction in which the hot air is blown cannot be changed. Even if you try to prevent the warm air from hitting the room, the user must either move away from the hot air heater or move the hot air heater, and depending on the room situation, you may not be able to do either of these things and the hot air will not hit the room. There were times when I got hit and felt uncomfortable. When I stopped the hot air heater to avoid this, the indoor temperature dropped and I felt cold, making it impossible to get comfortable heating. Furthermore, since the looper 105 is fixed and the direction of the hot air cannot be changed, there is a problem in that there is a large difference in the temperature distribution in the room during strong heating, medium heating, and weak heating. In other words, during strong heating, the air from the blower 103 is strong, so hot air is blown far away, resulting in a nearly uniform temperature distribution in the living space normally used by the user (excluding the ceiling and corners of the room). Inside. As it becomes weaker, the amount of air blown from the blower 103 also becomes weaker, and as a result, the drafting effect of the hot air becomes relatively stronger, and the distance that the hot air reaches becomes shorter, preventing the warm air from reaching your feet. The result was that only the area near the heater became hot and the temperature distribution was uneven, and there was a large difference in the indoor temperature distribution between high, medium, and low temperatures, making the user feel uncomfortable. Therefore, the inventor has developed a hot air outlet 10 as shown in FIG.
4 is provided with a rotatable variable wing 106, and this variable wing 106
By rotating the fan as necessary, the user can prevent hot air from hitting the user himself/herself, and the temperature distribution can also be made more uniform. However, in this case, if the variable 1 106 is set almost vertically so that the hot air does not hit the user, the hot air is blown out from the hot air outlet 104 and immediately hits the floor, causing the floor temperature to rise abnormally. , problems such as discoloration of the floor surface occurred. The present invention was made taking these problems into consideration, and aims to improve safety by not only providing comfortable heating but also preventing floor discoloration. It is something. i! ! ! Means for Solving the Problems The present invention aims to achieve the above objects by blowing out warm air [1] A variable blower that is driven vertically depending on the amount of heat or warm air generated by the heat generating means or by manual operation. In addition to the blades, there is a guide inlet at the bottom of the hot air outlet that can be moved up and down by manual operation. Effect of the present invention With the above-described configuration, the variable blades can be made substantially vertical to prevent hot air from hitting the user's head, etc., and comfortable heating can be obtained, even in such a situation. The warm air is guided by the guide vanes and comes into contact with the floor a little distance from the hot air outlet, and by the time it touches the floor, it mixes with the indoor air! Since the air temperature is also lower, it does not become so hot that it discolors the floor, and the guide vanes can be moved up and down, making it possible to more precisely control the heating of the feet and the comfortable space. In addition, as the heating capacity is changed, the variable blade installed at the hot air outlet can be rotated and its inclination angle changed to change the hot air blowing angle, so the distance the hot air reaches can be changed by changing the heating capacity. Even if there is, it will remain the same,
There will be less unevenness in the indoor temperature distribution, and more comfortable heating will be possible. The operation of the warm air heater configured as described above will be explained below. First, before starting operation, the variable blade 18 is as shown in Fig. 3. As shown in FIG. 8, it is located approximately vertically. When the operation switch 35 (see Fig. 8) is turned on from this state, the temperature detection section 29
The combustion control unit 32 is actuated by the output S from the comparison/judgment unit 3I based on the output from the room temperature detection unit 30, and generates a VIIr control signal S4 to start combustion according to a predetermined sequence, and to control convection. The air blower 11 is rotated. In the case of FIG. 4, when the user presses one of the switches 33a, 33b, etc., the variable blade drive section 34 emits a signal SS and drives the motor 25 in accordance with the switch. Then, the variable blade 18 is rotated to a predetermined angle. In other words, as shown in FIG. The linked links 4 & 23 descend as shown by the arrow b.As a result, the link plate 23 and the link cam 20 connected by the bottle shaft 21 rotate as shown by the arrow C, and Therefore, if the room becomes warm and the user does not want to receive hot air, he or she can turn one of the switches 33a, 33b, etc. The variable vane 18 may be operated to be approximately vertical, so that the hot air is blown out downward, thereby preventing the hot air from directly hitting the user's σn, etc.

Moreover, in the case of FIG. 5, it becomes as follows. In other words, variable 11
The rotation angle of 8 is returned by the signal S4 from the combustion control unit 32, and is linked to the combustion amount and the air flow rate of the convection blower as shown in Y when it is strong and in X1 in Fig. 3, and Z when it is weak. and change. Therefore, during strong combustion and strong wind, the variable blade 18
It is approximately horizontal as shown in Figure 3 X, but during medium combustion and medium air blowing, it becomes as shown in Figure Y and is slightly tilted downward. Therefore, the flow of warm air is more downward than when it is strong/! 1 wind becomes like Y' in Figure 7, and it reaches farther than before. Similarly, when the combustion is weak and the air is blown weakly, the variable blades will be tilted considerably downward as indicated by Z, and the warm air will flow along the floor surface as shown in Fig. 7-2. Therefore, even if the flow velocity of the hot air is low and it is easily affected by drafts, the hot air can reach much farther than with conventional systems. In other words, the temperature distribution in the room is close to the temperature distribution during strong combustion,
The temperature distribution is almost similar for strong, medium, and weak.

Heating is performed as described above, but when the variable blade l8 is approximately vertical, the hot air does not come into contact with the floor immediately after being blown out from the hot air outlet 3, but as follows. Become. In other words, the hot air is guided by the guide vanes 16 and comes into contact with the floor at a location a little away from the hot air outlet 3, as shown by arrow A in FIG. At this point, the warm air mixes with the indoor air and the temperature has dropped to some extent, and the floor temperature is maintained at a relatively low temperature. 6A and 6B show the direction of hot air when the guide vane 16 is operated up and down, and A is the position of the guide vane 1G during normal operation, and the tip is tilted at about 1 so that the tip is located downward. At this time, the blowing direction of the hot air is changed by the guide 11G, so that it comes into contact with the floor temperature at a place a little distance from the hot air outlet, so there is no abnormal rise in floor surface temperature (comfortable heating of the feet can be obtained). B shows a state in which the guide blade 16 is lifted upward by manual operation,
In particular, the opening area of the hot air outlet 3 becomes smaller, the air volume decreases, and the draft effect prevents the hot air from reaching far, creating a comfort zone suitable for people who dislike hot air (No. 7
(Fig. 22'').Also, depending on the adhesive used for the flooring, the flooring may float even if the bed temperature is low, but this can be countered by changing the wind direction. , Incidentally, when heating is performed as described above and the operation is stopped, the output from the combustion control section 32 disappears in the variable vA drive section 34 in the case of FIG. 5, and the motor 25 is rotated to its original state, that is, the Rotate it in the direction opposite to the arrow a in Fig. 2. This lifts the link plate 23 upward, and rotates the linking cam 20 in the direction opposite to the arrow C, returning the variable blade 18 to its original state, that is, approximately vertically. Effects of the Invention As described above, the hot air heater of the present invention rotates the variable blades of the hot air outlet to prevent hot air from directly hitting the user's face, etc. Regardless of the strength or weakness of the capacity, the temperature distribution in the room can be made more uniform, allowing comfortable heating without discomfort. Also, even if the variable blades are oriented almost vertically, the hot air still flows from the hot air outlet. Since it comes into contact with the floor at a distance, the floor surface temperature will not rise abnormally and discolor the floor surface, making it safe and usable with peace of mind.
