(Prior Art) As shown in Fig. 9, in a conventional unused cardboard box, all the ruled lines formed between the four sides and the upper and lower lid surfaces connected to the four sides are all inside the box. When not in use, only the two diagonal edges of the four sides are bent, and the other ruled lines can be bent inward, but can be bent freely. It was in a state of disrepair, and the whole thing was made of two plates put together.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, the unused folding cardboard box format described above has a large overall area, and requires a fairly large space or a space that can accommodate large vertical and horizontal dimensions when stored. It was hot. It was also inconvenient to handle and transport. As a result, they had drawbacks such as being difficult to sell in the general market and difficult for general consumers to purchase and carry.

On the other hand, with the delivery system that has become widely established in recent years, it is now possible to easily request delivery from hotels, inns, souvenir shops, etc. at travel destinations, or for various purposes other than travel destinations. In such cases, there is a great need for a cardboard box material that can easily pack the delivered items. However, the conventional cardboard boxes mentioned above are not only bulky but also unattractive when unused, so they are not used as reception counters, leaving aside their specialization in handling courier services (delivery company offices). They cannot be left at the front desk or storefronts of general hotels, and there are many situations in which the delivery counter is unable to respond to requests for cardboard boxes, or has to endure the inconvenience of storing and handling cardboard boxes. It was also difficult for passengers to obtain cardboard boxes.

In view of the above, it is an object of the present invention to provide a folding corrugated cardboard box material that is compact and has a beautiful appearance, is convenient for storage and handling, and eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks.

(Means for solving the problem) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention connects the four sides of a container whose assembled shape is a rectangular parallelepiped or a cube in a single sheet through ruled lines, and connects the four connected sides. Extend an adhesive strip from one side edge, apply pressure-sensitive adhesive to preferably the outer surface of the one side, attach release paper to this, and connect the lid surfaces via ruled lines on the top and bottom of each side. death,
Each lid surface is folded back and overlapped with one side, preferably the outer surface, of the four sides, and in this state, the entire four sides including the lid surface are bent into a bellows shape using ruled lines formed at approximately equal intervals in the vertical direction. The present invention is characterized in that the cardboard box material has a folded configuration.

The container or cardboard box material 1 of the present invention has four sides 2, 3, 4, 5,
are connected in a single sheet via first ruled lines 6, 6, 6, and a glue margin piece 7 is extended through the ruled line to one open end of the four connected sides. A pressure-sensitive adhesive 8 is applied to the surface, and a release paper 9 is attached to this, and the four sides 2, 3, 4, and 5 are continuous with each other via second ruled lines 10, 11, 12, and 13 at the top and bottom of each side. Lid surfaces 14, 15, 16, and 17 for closing the top and bottom surfaces of the box are formed, and each of the second ruled lines is such that each lid surface can be bent in either the inside or outside direction. As shown in the figure, it is bent outward and overlapped on the outside of the four sides, and in this state, the four sides except the glue allowance piece 7 are divided into equal parts (in the figure, it is divided into 8 equal parts), and the bellows shape is formed sequentially from one side end. That is, the third ruled lines 18, 19, 2 in the vertical direction are arranged so that the fold can be folded by sequentially repeating inward folding and outward folding.
0, 21, 22, 23, 24 are formed, and the third,
As shown in FIG. 4, the entire corrugated cardboard box material 1 is folded flat by sequentially folding the third ruled line.

In addition, each upper and lower lid surface 10, 11, 12, 13 is
As shown in the figure, it is preferable if the molding is made long enough so that the edges of the opposing surfaces almost touch each other when all the lid surfaces are covered, since this can reinforce the bending caused by the third ruled line. Similar to the conventional type, the length of the short lid surface may be shortened. Also, if the third ruled line is formed to divide the four sides into eight equal parts as described above,
It is preferable that the ruled line 21 in the center coincides with the first ruled line 6 located at the center of the four sides to form a common ruled line, and at the same time, the entire container can be folded to the most convenient size for carrying or storage. It is possible to fold it into 10 to 10 positions, and a folding configuration of this degree may also be used.

To assemble the above-mentioned cardboard box material 1, after opening the folded state according to the third ruled line, peel off the release paper 9 as shown in FIG. 5 to the inside along the open side to make the four sides into a rectangular cylindrical shape, then raise the upper and lower lid surfaces of the four sides to the state shown in Figure 6, and then handle it in the same way as conventional cardboard box material. The most suitable type of corrugated paper used for the above corrugated boxes is D and E type corrugated cardboard, which is thin, has a large number of central flutes, and has a certain strength, in order to make it easy to fold. However, it may be made of materials other than those mentioned above, and although cardboard is used in the above example, it may be made of a synthetic resin material that can maintain the strength of a packaging box like cardboard.

By the way, if the cardboard box material folded and miniaturized as described above is packaged in a synthetic resin sheet or film bag 25 as shown in FIG. It is convenient, looks good, is waterproof, and can be sold automatically. The bag may be made of other materials such as paper, or may be housed in a rectangular outer box made of hard paper or the like.

When commercializing a product for home delivery, a set of home delivery slips and two pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes with release paper long enough to seal the top and bottom surfaces of the cardboard box are enclosed in the bag 25, and the location and use can be determined as desired. You may also enclose promotional stickers for hotels, etc. Adhesive tape should be used in three ways to seal the center and side edges of the closing surface in an H shape.
It is preferable to prepare two sets of books, or one or two books that can be divided into three, glued to one sheet of release paper. Of course, desired printing can be applied to the bag surface.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the invention, the area ratio is approximately 1/7.5 or less (when divided into 8 equal parts) compared to the conventional double folded state of unused cardboard boxes. It is possible to provide a folded cardboard box material that is downsized. This cardboard box material is very compact, so it requires less storage space when not in use, and it can be stacked as needed, so it is not only possible to store a large number of items in a limited space. It becomes extremely easy to take out and handle. Furthermore, the box can be assembled by simply unfolding the folded state and raising both the upper and lower lid surfaces, and the rest is the same as a conventional cardboard box, so there is no hassle in packaging and handling. Since the upper and lower lid surfaces can reinforce the bending of each ruled line, the container is strong enough to be used as a container for packing items normally used for home delivery.

In this way, the small-sized corrugated cardboard box material of the present invention can be made into a synthetic resin bag or the like and provided to customers as a packaged product through various distribution channels and distribution forms. Furthermore, by applying advertising displays and colors to cardboard boxes and the bags used to package them, the image of how to handle conventional cardboard boxes will be completely changed, the usage of cardboard boxes will increase, and logistics will become even more convenient. It will add more.
