向上させて、オイルシールの寿命を安定長期化さ
せ得るオイルシール用成形型の構造を提示するも
のである。

23682号公報に開示されている。同図のオイルシ
ール用成形型においては、弾性シール部片2を成
形するために、互いに組合される一方の成形型5
と他方の成形型6との間に形成される主キヤビテ
イ10が、主キヤビテイ10に隣接して、一方の
成形型5及び他方の成形型6に設けられ、補強環
1の面に圧接する環状突縁11,12によつて仕
切られる構成となつている所から、主キヤビテイ
10の各環状突縁11,12側に先詰まりの密閉
空所が形成されるために、成形型の表面に付着生
成したカスや成形型表面にスプレーされる離型剤
中に混入する異物や主キヤビテイ内で生じるガス
等が先詰りの密閉空所に集まりやすく、これが核
となつて、加硫成形後の離型時、或いは機器への
組込時における外力により弾性シール部片と補強
環との接着剥れを生じさせるおそれがある。

に隣接して、補強環と協働して副キヤビテイを形
成する環状小溝を設けるとともに、主キヤビテイ
と副キヤビテイを連通する微細溝を成形型の分割
面上に設け、環状突縁側へ流入した微小異物混入
の弾性材料を微細溝を通して副キヤビテイ側へ流
出させることにより、微小異物が弾性シール部片
内に残留しない構成となして、弾性シール部片と
補強環との接着の強化にを期するものである。

テイ側へ排出されるので、成形された弾性シール
部片に残留する微小異物がなくなり、その結果シ
ール部片と補強環の接着が強固に保持される。副
キヤビテイを形成する環状小溝から主キヤビテイ
側と反対側に広がる成形型分割面の表面粗さを大
きく設定すると弾性シール部片成形用材料に押さ
れて主キヤビテイから排除される空気、ガスの流
れが円滑に行なわれるので、上記した微小異物付
着材料の流出が助長され、好都合である。
