Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an emergency elevator from being affected by power failure in the event of electric failure on a passenger's side by supplying the power to a controller for group management and a hall call device through an ordinary elevator, and using only a control signal line for group management in connection between the emergency elevator and the controller for group management. CONSTITUTION:An emergency elevator controller 2C is shut off from control for group management at the time emergency operation, and taking into consideration single operation (not in connection with hall call) as emergency service, the power to a hall call memory device 5 and a controller 1 for group management is supplied by ordinary elevator controllers 2A, 2B. On the other hand, the hall call memory device 5 and the controller 1 for group management which is apt to burn off are installed on ordinary M/R side, and as the control signals between the controller 1 for group management and the emergency elevator, the ones that have passed an electric insulating circuit 7 are used.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Object of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to an emergency elevator control system, and particularly to an elevator group that controls an emergency elevator and a general elevator as one group. Regarding management control equipment. (Prior Art) When controlling emergency elevators and general elevators as one group, there are rules based on various laws and regulations, and when the emergency elevator is in emergency operation, it is not affected by the general elevator.

In other words, emergency elevators are used for firefighting purposes in the event of a fire in a building, so even if they are installed in the fire prevention section of a building and are group-controlled together with general elevators, the elevator machine room is a separate room. Of course, even if a general elevator burns down,
It is said that it can be operated without any abnormalities. However, in order to control elevators as a group, it is necessary to exchange group control signals between the group control control device and each elevator, so if a general elevator burns down, the signal line may be grounded, etc. Various negative effects occur. Therefore, conventionally, as shown in Fig. 3, the machine rooms of the emergency elevator and the general elevator were separated by a wall CL, and the emergency elevator control system 1i! CP1 and general elevator CP2 are connected by a connection cable WP, and the connection cable WP is connected to a separation panel S.
It can be separated by CP.

By the way, the disconnection board has a built-in relay and the like to electrically cut off the exchange of signals between the control devices CPI and CP2 in the event of an emergency. Therefore, even if part or all of the control device 1icP2 of the general elevator causes an accident such as grounding, if the signal exchange is cut off by the disconnection panel SCP, the effect will not spread to the control device of the emergency elevator. It can be done.

(Problem M to be solved by the invention) As mentioned above, although a disconnection board is installed, the discovery of the emergency is delayed, and the hall call registration device installed on the general side is grounded. As shown in FIG. 4, if the power supply is affected, it may become impossible to operate in an emergency. Furthermore, according to the regulations, different power sources are supplied to the passenger and emergency elevators. However, the secondary power source, which passes through a transformer, etc., is matched as shown in Figure 4, with two points on the ground. As a result, the passenger and emergency elevators are mutually affected by 'IIi source noise and the like on the common line during normal times. Although it is ideal to provide a disconnection board SCP, it not only makes the circuit complicated and expensive, but also adds a disconnection contact that has little relation to the signal line, which reduces reliability.

(Means for Solving the Problems) A feature of the present invention is that in a group management control device that controls emergency elevators and general elevators, the emergency elevator is separated from the group management control during emergency operation, and is operated independently as an emergency operation. (operation unrelated to hall calls), the power to the hall call registration device and the group management control device is supplied only from the general elevator, and the power to the hall call registration device and the group management control device connected to the above is The management control device is installed on the general M/R side, and the control signals between the group management control device and the emergency elevator are electrically isolated signals.

(Function) As a result, the general elevator side and the emergency elevator are completely electrically isolated, avoiding the influence of abnormal power supply to the emergency elevator, and the control line is electrically isolated. Therefore, it is only necessary to disconnect the common line, which simplifies the configuration compared to the conventional one, reduces the number of disconnecting panels SCP, and improves reliability. (Embodiment) An embodiment of the present invention will be described.

According to the present invention, due to the electrical insulation between the passenger side and the emergency elevator, an electrical abnormality on the passenger side, especially an abnormality in the power supply, does not affect the emergency elevator, and the power is supplied to the passenger side and the emergency elevator respectively. Since the source is grounded to the earth, the power supply and signal are extremely stable, and the control signal is simple due to the power isolation, and only the common can be disconnected, eliminating the need for a disconnection board. Also, Because it is connected to the elevator under group management control like a group control panel,
A panel that is easily affected and susceptible to fire is installed in the M/R of the general elevator, and by separating it from the control panel of the emergency elevator, it is possible to prevent the impact of a fire, etc. on the emergency elevator. can be eliminated.
