DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to an antenna mounting device for mounting an antenna such as a satellite broadcast receiving antenna on the outer wall of a building. [Prior Art] Conventionally, when installing an antenna on the exterior wall of a building, the antenna mount is fixed via the exterior wall to a strength member such as a pillar of the building located inside the exterior wall using bolts or the like. [The problem that the invention tries to solve! However, in the conventional antenna mounting device described above, a relatively large load due to gravity or wind force acting on the antenna is applied to the outer wall, so the outer wall may be damaged by the stress or the waterproof performance of the outer wall may be deteriorated. There is a risk of deterioration in the mounting parts such as bolts. The above-mentioned disadvantages that occur on the outer wall are noticeable in structures where there is a gap between the outer wall of the antenna mounting portion and the strength member, and the outer wall is susceptible to deflection and deformation due to the fixing force applied to the antenna mount by bolts, etc. An object of the present invention is to securely fix an antenna mount to an outer wall without applying stress to the outer wall and while ensuring its waterproof performance. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention as set forth in claim 1 provides an antenna mounting device that fixes an antenna fixture to the outer wall of a building and supports the antenna on the antenna fixture. A sleeve whose outer end surface is located outside the outer wall, and an interposition between the outer wall and the outer periphery of the sleeve, penetrates the hole and abuts the inner end surface against a strength member of the building located inside the outer wall. and a fixing device that passes through the antenna fitting and the sleeve, is attached to the strength member, and tightens and fixes the antenna attachment and the sleeve to the strength member. It is something. The present invention according to claim 2 includes:
The sealing member is a rubber bush that is installed between a mounting hole provided in the outer wall and the outer periphery of the sleeve. [Function] In the present invention as set forth in claim 1, the fixing tool tightens and fixes the antenna mounting tool and the sleeve to the strength member. At this time, the sleeve passes through the mounting hole provided on the outer wall,
With its inner end surface abutting against the strength member, its outer end surface is located outside the outer wall. That is, the outer end surface of the sleeve is set at the same level as or protrudes from the outer surface level of the outer wall, and the length of the sleeve is set longer than the length from the surface of the strength member with which the sleeve abuts to the outer surface of the outer wall.
Therefore, the fixing force that the fixing device applies to the antenna mount and the gravity or wind force that acts on the antenna are all transmitted to the building's strength members through the sleeve, and are not transmitted to the exterior wall. Further, in the present invention as set forth in claim 1, the presence of the sealing member can reliably prevent rainwater from entering the inside of the outer wall through the attachment hole provided in the outer wall. That is, according to the present invention as set forth in claim 1, the antenna mount can be reliably fixed to the outer wall without applying stress to the outer wall and while ensuring its waterproof performance. In the present invention as set forth in claim 2, the rubber bushing ensures the waterproof performance of the outer wall, and when the sleeve swings due to strong wind force acting on the antenna, the displacement of the sleeve is compensated for by the deformation of the rubber bushing. This eliminates the possibility that the displacement of the sleeve extends to the outer wall and causes stress on the outer wall. [Example] Fig. 1 is a sectional view showing an embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 2 is a half sectional view showing a sleeve, Fig. 3 is a sectional view showing a rubber bush, and Fig. 4 is a side view showing a fixture. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram showing the construction procedure, and Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram showing the installation state of the antenna. Mounting equipment of this example! As shown in FIG. 6, the antenna mount 13 is fixed to a part of the corner of the outer wall 12 made of wood and cement boards of the building 11. This supports the satellite broadcast receiving antenna l6. In this embodiment, the building 11 is a 22-piece building, and is constructed by fixing the outer wall 12 to the outer surface of a structure consisting of columns 17 and beams as strength members. At this time, since the outer wall l2 is fixed to the outer surface of the structure via the mounting stay 18, there is a gap between the column l7 and the outer wall 12 as shown in FIGS.
This results in the formation of a void G as shown in Figure (H). However, as shown in FIG. 1, the mounting device MIO includes a sleeve 20, a rubber bush 2l, and a fixture 22. The sleeve 20 has a shape as shown in FIG. , position the outer end surface on the outside of the outer wall 12. At this time, the outer end surface of the sleeve 20 is set at a level that protrudes by an amount H from the outer surface level of the outer wall l2. The rubber bush 21 has a shape as shown in FIG. 3, and is installed between the through hole 12A provided in the outer wall 12 and the outer circumference of the sleeve 20, and mainly functions as a sealing member. In addition, there is a third groove on the inner surface of the flange part of the rubber bush 2l.
A seal ring 23 as shown in the figure is used by being wrapped around it. The fixture 22 includes a bolt 24 as shown in FIG.
U-shaped cross section hanger head 25, flat washer 26, spring washer 2
7. Consisting of a nut 28, which passes through the antenna fixture l3 and the sleeve 20, is attached to the pillar l7, and tightens and fixes the antenna fixture l3 and the sleeve 20 to the pillar l7. As shown in FIG. 5(G), the fixing tool 22 is installed in the hole 13A of the antenna mounting tool 13 and the sleeve 2 in the overall straight state with the U-shaped opening of the hanger head 25 facing upward.
0, is inserted into the hole l7A of the column l7, and then,
By turning the hanger head 25 by a half turn, the hanger head 25 is tilted at a right angle, and the hanger head 25 is attached to the inner surface of the pillar l7. The construction procedure for the above-mentioned mounting device 1O will be explained below. (1) Press the antenna mounting tool 13 tightly against a part of the mounting corner of the outer wall l2, and mark the mounting hole position of the antenna mounting tool l3 on the outer wall l2 (see FIG. 5(A)). (2) Outer wall 12 corresponding to the marking position in (1) above
, Drill a pilot hole in column l7 (see Figure 5 (B)). (3) Using the pilot hole in (2) above as a guide, drill the through hole 12A in the outer wall 12 with a hole saw (see Figure 5(C)). (4) Using the prepared hole in (2) above as a guide, drill hole 17A in column l7 (see Fig. 5 (D)). (5) Apply caulking to the end of the through hole 12A of the outer wall 12. Apply caulking material between the sleeve 20 and the rubber bush 21 (7), and insert both into the through hole 12A.
Apply caulking material between the outer periphery of the flange of the rubber bush 2l and the outer surface of the outer wall l2 (see Fig. 5 (E)). (6) Wrap the bolt 24 of the retainer 22 with caulking material (
(See Figure 5 (F)). (7) Connect the fixture 22 to the hole l3A of the antenna mounting fixture 13 and the inner diameter of the sleeve 20. part, insert it into hole 17A of column l7,
After attaching the antenna mount 13 to the outer wall 12 using this fixture 22, apply caulking material around the nut 28 (see Fig. 5 (G)). (8) Mounting bracket l4 on the antenna mounting tool 13,
Install strut l5. This makes it possible to attach the antenna l6 to the support column l5 (see Figure 5 (H)). Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be explained. In the above embodiment, the fixture 22 tightens and fixes the antenna fixture l3 and the sleeve 20 to the column l7. At this time, the sleeve 2o passes through the through hole 12A provided in the outer wall l2, and its inner end surface abuts against the column l7, and its outer end surface is located outside the outer wall l2. That is, the outer end surface of the sleeve 2o is set to a level that protrudes from the outer surface level of the outer wall l2, and the length of the sleeve 2o is set longer than the length from the surface of the column 17 with which the sleeve 20 abuts to the outer surface of the outer wall 12. It will be done. For this reason, the fixture 22 is attached to the antenna fixture l.
The fixing force applied to the antenna l6 and the gravity or wind force acting on the antenna l6 are all transmitted to the pillar l7 of the building IT via the sleeve 20, and are not transmitted to the outer wall l2. In addition, in the above embodiment, the presence of the sealing member such as the rubber bush 2l can reliably prevent rainwater from entering the inside of the outer wall through the through hole 12A provided in the outer wall l2. In other words, according to the above embodiment, the antenna mount l2 can be installed without applying stress to the outer wall l2 and while ensuring its waterproof performance.
3 out! 12 can be securely fixed. Further, in the above embodiment, the rubber bush 21 ensures the waterproof performance of the outer wall l2, and when the sleeve 20 is twisted due to strong wind force acting on the antenna l6, the rubber bush 21 prevents the displacement of the sleeve 20. The displacement of the sleeve 20 extends to the outside @ 12 and the outer wall 12
This eliminates the possibility of causing stress. In addition, in carrying out the present invention, the sealing member may be formed only of caulking material or the like without using the rubber bushing 21. Moreover, in implementing the present invention,
The fixture is not limited to a fixture that includes the hanger head 25 described above. Further, in carrying out the present invention, the outer wall may not form a gap G between it and the strength member. Furthermore, the present invention can be applied to any type of antenna installation. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, the antenna mount can be reliably fixed to the outer wall without applying stress to the outer wall and while ensuring its waterproof performance.
