Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow taking out of sheet films while the films are packaged by each sheet and light shielded in bags simply by drawing out leader paper by providing an engaging means for drawing out the sheet film unit in the state of being superposed on a light shielding part and a means for adhering a back sheet and the light shielding part. CONSTITUTION:The light shielding part 29 housed between a pressure plate 12 and a bottom cap 11 is drawn out and is moved onto the sheet film 21. The exposed sheet film unit 18 which is superposed on the light shielding part 29 is then successively drawn out at the time when the light shielding part 29 is drawn out of a drawing out port. The sheet film 21 is pressurized or heated during this time and is enveloped by the back sheet 19 and the light shielding part 29, by which the light shielding state is established. The leader paper 24 is alternately arranged with exposing parts 27 and the light shielding parts 29 and the number of the arrangements is previously mated with the number of the sheet films 21, by which the drawing out and light shielding of plural sheets of the sheet films 21 are enabled. The sheet films are less bulky at the time of carrying and the taking out of the photographed sheet films by each piece in the completely light shielded state is possible even in the case of a large number of photographing times.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a pack film in which exposed sheet films are housed one by one in a light-shielding bag and can be removed from a film bag. (Prior art) Conventionally, a large sheet film of about 4 x 5 inches has been sealed in a hard light-shielding bag made of light-shielding paper and attached to a carrier sheet. It is known that this light-shielding bag is set in a film holder that has exposure openings on both sides.A sheet film is attached to both the front and back sides of the carrier sheet, and the light-shielding bag is placed in a film holder with exposure openings on both sides. Pull it out from the carrier sheet and take a picture. This exposes the sheet film on one side of the carrier sheet. When exposing again, turn the film holder over, reload it, and then pull out the light-shielding bag. Photographing is carried out. After both films are exposed, the exposed film is covered with the light-shielding bag to shield it from light, and in this state it can be taken out from the film holder.

However, with the above method, handling such as putting in and taking out the light-shielding bag is troublesome. There is also a problem with the reliability of whether or not the light is completely blocked. Furthermore, if three or more shots were required, it was inconvenient to carry multiple light-shielding bags and carrier sheets. [Objective of the Invention] The present invention is easy to handle, does not take up much space to carry even when many shots are taken, and allows sheet film to be taken out one by one while completely shielded from light. The purpose is to provide a pack film that is [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a sheet film unit with a back sheet stacked and stored between an outer cover with an exposure opening and a pressure plate, and In a pack film equipped with a leader paper to pull out the sheet film unit from the drawer opening, the sheet film is folded and stored between the pressure plate and the bottom cover before being pulled out, and has an exposure section with an opening that exposes the sheet film and the entire surface of the sheet film. A bendable leader paper in which light-shielding portions are arranged alternately, and an engagement for pulling out the sheet film unit while overlapping the light-shielding portions when the leader paper is pulled out from the drawer opening after passing over the sheet film. and an adhesive section for bonding the light-shielding section and the backing sheet while covered with the sheet film. [Operation] During shadowing, an aperture is located on the sheet film, and the sheet film is exposed through the exposure aperture in the outer cover. When the leader paper is pulled out after exposure, the aperture passes over the exposed sheet film, and along with this, the light-shielding part housed between the pressure plate and the bottom cover is pulled out and moved onto the sheet film. Further, as the drawing continues, when the light shielding part is pulled out from the drawer opening, the exposed sheet film unit is overlapped with the light shielding part and pulled out by the engaging means. During this time, pressure or heat is applied to bond the backing sheet and the light-shielding part, so the sheet film is wrapped by the backing sheet and the light-shielding part and becomes in a light-shielding state.
Since the leader paper has exposed areas and light shielding areas arranged alternately, by matching the number of arrays to the number of sheet films, it is possible to draw out and shield light from multiple sheets of film. Furthermore, since the sheet film only moves in a straight line when being pulled out, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of scratches due to bending. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

A pull-out opening 33 for the film unit l8 and the leader paper 24 is formed in the right end of I13, and the exposed film unit is pulled out from this pull-out opening 33. The operation of this embodiment having the above configuration will be explained below. When the film pack 10 is loaded into a holder for mounting on a camera, the tip of the exposure section 27 on the pressure plate 12 is inserted into the holder (not shown) as shown in FIG. 3(A). It is inserted between the provided pressure rollers 34 and 36. At this time, since the exposure section 27 is present on the sheet film 21, the opening 32 is opened by the camera release operation.
Exposure is performed through and 26. When the pressure roller 34 is rotated by the motor after the exposure is completed, the leader paper 24 is transferred in the drawing direction A. Since the film unit 11 is pressed against the inner wall of the outer II 13 by the pressure plate 12, when the rear end edge 26a of the opening 26 reaches the engaging piece 22 as the leader paper 24 is pulled out, as shown in FIG. It engages with the engagement piece 22 in this manner. At this time, the sheet film 21 is completely covered by the light shielding part 29. After this, as the pressure roller 34 continues to rotate, the back sheet 19 is pressed against the leader paper 2 by the engaging piece 22.
4 and is transported together with the leader paper 24, the adhesive layer 28 is pressed immediately after the engaging piece 22 passes the pressing roller 34, as shown in FIG. As a result, the microcapsule adhesive is broken and the back sheet 19 is adhered to the light shielding part 29. As a result of the subsequent transfer, the leader paper 24 pulls out the film unit l8 via the engaging piece 22, as shown in FIG. 3(C).
As a result, the adhesive layer 28 further adheres to the rear, and the next exposed section 27 is pulled out from under the pressure plate 12 via the folded section 23. Then, when the leader paper 24 is transferred by the length of the set of exposure section 27 and light shielding section 29 (distance M from the tip of the leader paper 24 to the perforation 31), the rotation of the pressing roller 34 is stopped. .. At this time, the microcapsules in all of the adhesive layer 28 are broken, so that the back sheet 19 and the light shielding part 29 are bonded around the sheet film 2l. In addition, the next set of exposure sections 27
The tip of the sheet has slightly passed through the pressure roller 34, and the exposed film unit can be separated from the exposed film 24 by breaking at the perforation 3l. At this point, the film unit 18 to be exposed next is located at the top, and is in a state similar to the initial state shown in FIG. Separated film unit I8 and light shielding part 2! By cutting off the hat, redundant exposed portion 27, etc., a bag-like shape is formed as shown in FIG. 4, and the exposed sheet film 21 is shielded from light. In this state, you can submit 2 liters of sheet film to the photo lab. Note that perforations may be provided to separate the exposure portion 27 and the like. By repeating the above-described operations, it is possible to pull out and light-shield 12 sheet films using one leader paper.

Although omitted above, the sheet film 2 is in the initial state.
A light-shielding cover sheet may be added to the tip of the first exposure section 27 in order to shield it from light. In this way, by pulling out the cover sheet after loading the film bag 10, the first exposure section 27 is pulled out onto the film unit 18, and only then does the sheet film 21 become exposed and photographable. Further, the adhesive layer 28 may be provided only on the light shielding portion 29 side, or may be provided on both the light shielding portion 29 and the back sheet 19. Furthermore, hot melt adhesive may be used as the adhesive. In this case, the pressing row, the roller 34
, 36 is replaced by a heat roller. In the above example, the film unit 18 is pulled out together with the leader paper 24 by rotating the pressure rollers 34 and 36 using the motor, but the tip of the leader paper 24 may be pulled by hand. [Effects of the Invention] As explained above, the present invention provides a flexible leader paper in which exposed parts and light-shielding parts are arranged alternately, and a light-shielding leader paper when the leader paper is pulled out from a drawer opening after passing over a sheet film. Since we have provided an engaging means for pulling out the sheet film unit in an overlapping state, and a means for gluing the backing sheet and the light shielding part, just by pulling out the leader paper, the sheet film unit can be placed one by one into a bag. It can be taken out while being wrapped in and shielded from light.
