本案は、ピアス、タイタツクなど身体や衣服に

性が耳飾りとして用いるピアスには、ステンレス

とから変形や摩耗し易いという欠点があるためで
ある。また、金合金を用いた場合、硬度は若干高
く強度や耐摩耗性が大きいことは認められるもの
の、合金成分として、銀、銅、ニツケルなどを含
み、人体と直ちに接触するピアスでは、汗が生
じ、その結果、重金属アレルギーや皮膚に炎症を

タイタツクなどの装身具をもたらすことができ
