A sole that has countless cuts in the width direction of its lower surface is commonly called a superisole, and it does not slip not only on the floor, but also on wet decks, etc., and has excellent flexibility. It is used as the sole of

On the other hand, if the sole is made of polyurethane foam, the process is relatively simple, and the resulting sole is light and highly elastic, has excellent flexibility in cold weather, and is comfortable to wear. Therefore, foamed polyurethane soles are widely used.

Therefore, by making countless cuts in the width direction of the lower surface of a polyurethane foam sole, it is possible to easily produce shoes that are light and highly elastic, do not slip on floors or wet decks, and have excellent flexibility. It is believed that there is.

However, although not limited to polyurethane,
In general, when a foam is repeatedly bent after being cut, the cut causes a new crack to form within a short period of time, and the crack progresses to destroy the sole itself.

The present invention was devised in view of these circumstances, and aims to prevent new cracks from forming due to repeated bending even in a foamed polyurethane sole that has countless cuts in the width direction of the lower surface. This purpose is to have numerous cuts in the width direction of the lower surface, and at least the tread portion of the upper surface to be made of a single layer material or at least the most crack-resistant material to the extent that it does not reach the upper end of the cuts. This was achieved by proposing a non-slip foamed polyurethane sole in which the lower layer is embedded with a crack-resistant multi-layer material.

As a single layer material with bending resistance, a material having better bending resistance than polyurethane foam, such as solid rubber or plastic, is used, and as a multilayer material, for example, the bottom layer is made of nonwoven fabric, woven fabric, knitted fabric, etc.
A material made of leather, solid rubber, plastic, etc., with solid rubber, preferably foamed rubber, etc. laminated thereon, is used.

A single-layer material that is flex-resistant or a multi-layer material that has at least the bottom layer that is flex-resistant must be embedded in the upper surface of the tread area, which is most likely to flex during shoe wear, but in other locations. For example, it may be embedded in the upper surface of the unexplored part at the same time, or it may be embedded over almost the entire surface.

This anti-slip polyurethane foam sole has the same specific gravity as the one above, which has countless cuts in the width direction of the lower surface of this non-slip polyurethane foam sole and the same depth as above, prepared as a control example, and has no crack-resistant material embedded in the upper surface. , a thick non-slip polyurethane foam sole was glued to the lower surface of the shoe cover and worn as a pair of shoes. While there were no problems, the sole of the latter had cracked at the foot of the foot within a month.
