(Industrial Application Field) This invention relates to a brush mounting base used for mounting a brush for supplying electricity to a motor rotor. (Prior Art) Conventional brush mounting bases include those shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, for example. That is, the reference numeral 1 in each figure is a substantially circular plate-shaped base, and the base 1 has a hole 1a approximately in the center for inserting the rotating shaft. As shown in FIG. 5, on one surface of the base 1, four brush boxes 3 containing brushes 2 are provided at equal intervals on the circumference, and each
are biased by a spring 4 provided in each brush box 3 so as to protrude toward the center of the base 1. That is, a commutator attached to a rotating shaft (not shown) is located inside the hole 1a, and each of the brushes 2 is in pressure contact with this commutator. Further, on the other surface of the substrate 1, as shown in FIG. 6, a lead wire 6 connected to an anode terminal 5,
6 and lead wires 8, 8 tangential to the anode terminal 7, each of the lead wires 6, 6, 8, 8
is connected to a mounting piece 3a formed on each brush box 3 while its tip is rotated to the opposite side. Note that the lead wires 6, 6 on the anode side and the lead wires 8, 8 on the cathode side are connected to the mounting pieces 3a of the brush box 3 facing each other. The tips of each of the lead wires 6 and 8 and each brush 3 are connected by a pigtail 9 that is loosened appropriately. (Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the conventional brush base as described above, the lead wires 6 and 8 are provided on one side of the base 1.
Because the wires were routed around each other, a large number of lead wires 6 and 8 were required, and the points where the lead wires 6 and 8 were connected were separated from each other.
There are problems in that assembly is complicated and wiring errors are likely to occur.Furthermore, if you try to increase the number of brushes or increase the current carrying capacity, you have to increase the number of lead wires or use thicker lead wires. As a result, the structure becomes more complicated, and there are problems such as the need for sufficient space to accommodate the lead wires in the mounting body of the brush mounting base (for example, the motor casing). The problem was to be solved. (Purpose of the invention) This invention was made by paying attention to such conventional problems, and has a simple structure and low cost without running lead wires, and can improve assembly workability. Another object of the present invention is to provide a brush mounting base that can accommodate an increase in the number of brushes and an increase in capacity, and can also be made thinner.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The structure of the brush mounting base according to this invention is that the base has a plate shape and has a hole through which the commutator is inserted. A brush mounting base provided with a brush box housing a brush and a conductive plate connected to the brush on the other surface, the brush having a shape surrounding the hole and located in a symmetrical position. A conductive plate for an anode connected to a box, and a conductive plate for a cathode connected to a brush box which is approximately U-shaped and surrounds the outer periphery of the conductive plate for an anode and is located at a symmetrical position different from the brush box. The brushes are connected to each other by short pigtails of the respective conductive plates corresponding to the brushes, and lead wires for external connection are connected to terminals provided at the ends of the respective conductive plates. It is characterized by a configuration in which the brushes are connected in close proximity to each other, and the above-described configuration of the brush mounting base is a means for solving the conventional problems. (Example) This invention will be explained below based on the drawings. FIGS. 1 to 4 are diagrams illustrating an embodiment of this invention. That is, the reference numeral 10 in each figure is a base having a substantially circular shape and having a large number of notches used for connecting wiring and terminals, etc., and a rotating shaft 11 is inserted through the approximately center of the base 10. A hole 10a is formed for the hole 10a.
A commutator 12 is attached to the rotary shaft 11 inside the rotary shaft 11.
(indicated by imaginary lines in each figure). Four brush boxes 13 are provided at equal intervals along the circumference of the hole 10a on one surface (the surface shown in FIG. 1) of the base 10, and a spring is installed in each brush box 13. Base 1 by 14
A brush 15 is provided which is biased so that it can protrude toward the center of the brush. In other words, each brush 15 is
It is in pressure contact with the commutator 12 by the action of the spring 14. In addition, when installing each brush box 13, each brush box 13 is integrally formed with a claw portion 13a that penetrates to the opposite side of the base plate 10, and by bending the tip of this claw portion 13a, the base plate can be attached to the brush box 13. It is set to be fixed at 10. Further, on the other surface of the base 1 (the surface shown in FIG. 2), there is a conductive plate 16 for an anode having a shape surrounding the periphery of the hole 10a, and a conductive plate 16 for an anode that surrounds about half of the outer circumference of the conductive plate 16 for an anode. A substantially U-shaped cathode conductive plate 17 is provided. Both conductive plates 16, 17
are made of conductive thin plates and are spaced apart from each other, such that both ends of the anode conductive plate 16 at symmetrical positions and both ends of the cathode conductive plate 17 are located on the back side of each brush box 13. It is arranged. Then, one end of a short pigtail 18 is fixed to each end of each conductive plate 16, 17, and the other end of each pigtail 18 is turned from the notch to the opposite side (the side shown in FIG. 1). At the same time, the other end is fixed to each brush 15 with an appropriate amount of slack. Therefore, the opposing brushes of each brush 15 are connected to the anode side or the cathode side. Furthermore, terminals 19 and 20 for external connection are provided at adjacent ends of each of the conductive plates 16 and 17, and lead wires 21 connected to a power source are connected to these terminals 19 and 20 at the ends of the base plate 10. The parts are connected in close proximity to each other. The brush base configured in this manner allows current from the power supply to flow through each of the conductive plates 16 and 17, through each short pigtail 18 to each brush 15, and further to conduct current to the commutator 12. ing. In the above embodiment, one anode conductive plate 16 and one cathode conductive plate 17 are provided, but in order to increase the number of brushes 15 and increase the capacity, two or more conductive plates may be provided. is also possible,
In this case, a plurality of conductive plates may be arranged on the same surface of the substrate 10, or the conductive plates may be stacked on top of each other with an insulator interposed therebetween. Furthermore, since the overall thickness is much smaller than that of conventional brush bases that use lead wires, storage space can be saved, which is advantageous when incorporating into a limited space inside a motor. Furthermore, it is also possible to use a printed board in which the board and the conductive plate are integrated, but in this case, a large capacity cannot be obtained. Therefore, as explained in the above embodiment, by disposing each conductive plate on one side of the board and connecting the conductive plate and the brush with a short pigtail as described above, large capacity can be achieved. can do. (Effects of the invention) As explained above, according to the brush base of this invention, the anode conductive plate is connected to the brush box which is shaped to surround the periphery of the hole and is located at a symmetrical position, and the anode conductive plate is The conductive plate is composed of a cathode conductive plate that is approximately U-shaped and that surrounds the outer periphery of the conductive plate and that is connected to a brush box located at a symmetrical position different from the brush box, and corresponds to each of the brushes. The conductive plates connected to each other are connected by short pigtails, and lead wires for external connection are connected in close proximity to terminals provided at the ends of each of the conductive plates. Compared to conventional brush mounting boards, in which the lead wires are routed around the board, the structure is simpler because the lead wires are connected close to each other at the ends of the board. Workability during assembly can be improved. In addition, since a conductive plate with a standardized shape is used in the assembly process, the work of manually positioning the lead wires can be eliminated, making it possible to automate parts assembly. It is possible to easily cope with the increase in capacity and capacity, and even in this case, it has excellent effects such as being able to be made thinner than a brush mounting base using lead wires.
