品の筐体に手掛部材をワンタツチで取付けること

テレビジヨン受像機の筐体１の両側部１ａ，１ｂ
には取付用の方形状の取付孔２ａ，２ｂがそれぞ
れ設けられている。この取付孔２ａ，２ｂに取付
けられる手掛部材３は第１図ｂに示すように一側
面に取付孔２ａ，２ｂに嵌合する突部４が形成さ
れているとともに突部４の短手方向の面５Ａには
切込５ａを介して爪部６ａを有する可動片６が形
成されている。また、長手方向の面５Ｂには係止
片７が所望の間隔をあけて複数個（図面では２個
所）形成されている。さらに、突部４の開口部８
側には周辺に鍔部９が形成されていて、前記爪部
６ａおよび係止片７との間に嵌合部を形成してい
る。そして、この手掛部材３を筐体１の取付孔２
ａ，２ｂに取り付ける際は第２図及び第３図に示
すように手掛部材３の突部４を筐体１の取付孔２
ａ，２ｂ内に差し込み、筐体１の取付孔２ａ，２
ｂの周縁部を手掛部材３の鍔部９と爪部６ａ、係
止片７との間で挾止し固定するように構成されて
いる。

一とすることができない。すなわち、第４図に示
すように筐体１の表面側１ｃ（金型でいうキヤビ
テイ側）をスライド等で摺動させた場合には抜き
テーパは必要としないが、筐体１の裏面側１ｄ
（金型でいうコアー側）は成形上金型の抜きテー
パが必要となるため、筐体１の板厚を均一にする
ことができない。したがつて、このような板厚の
不均一な筐体１に手掛部材３を取り付けると、一
方（図面右側）は爪部６ａと鍔部９との間に筐体
１の板部を完全に挾持してがたつきは生じない
が、他方（図面左側）は筐体１の板部と手掛部材
３の爪部６ａとの間に隙間Ｓができてがたつきが
発生する問題点があつた。また、これを防止する
ために、手掛部材３の左右側において、筐体の板
厚に合せて爪部６ａと鍔部９との間隔を変えるこ
ともできるが、通常の手掛部材３は筐体１の左右
に取付けるため、筐体１の左右にそれぞれ対応す
る種類の手掛部材３が必要となり、金型のコスト
が上昇するなどの問題点があつた。

孔１１に嵌合する突部１４を有し、この突部１４
の短手方向の面１４ａには切込１５を介して可動
片１６が設けられている。この可動片１６には位
置をずらして第１の爪部１７と第２の爪部１８が
それぞれ形成されている。また、前記突部１４の
長手方向の面１４ｂには係止片１９が所望の間隔
をあけて複数個（図では２個所）設けられてい
る。さらに、前記手掛部材１３の突部１４の開口
部２０側にはその周縁部に係合片たる鍔部２１が
形成されていて、この鍔部２１は前記筐体１０の
凹部１２に嵌合するように構成されているととも
に鍔部２１の係合幅はほぼ同一に形成されてい
る。前記手掛部材１３の開口部２０は奥部に向か

て、手掛部材の移動を規制するようにしてもよ
