Conventional technology> Various proposals have been made regarding tobacco deodorants, such as activated carbon, zeolite, anico (ferrous sulfate, L), etc.
- Suppression of tobacco odor by a single substance such as ascorbic acid (ascorbic acid) or flavonoid (plant extract), or a mixture of zeolite and activated carbon, or an inorganic substance and flavonoid, or by adding fragrance to the single substance, mixture, or polyvinyl alcohol. Cigarette deodorizers that mask the odor of tobacco with a fragrance are usually commercially available.

Furthermore, it has recently been proposed that ceramics have a deodorizing effect, and some products are being commercialized, but at present, these ceramics are used alone and can only be expected to suppress tobacco odor. Recently, as the smell of cigarettes has become increasingly disliked, there has been a desire to develop deodorants that can remove the bad smell that occurs when rubbing cigarettes, which is thought to be the cause of the cigarette smell. Problems to be Solved by the Invention The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cigarette butt odor eliminator that not only suppresses the smell of cigarettes, but also almost completely eliminates the bad odor of cigarette butts that is generated when rubbing a cigarette. The purpose is to provide odorants. Means for Solving the Problems> According to the present invention, ceramics obtained by molding and sintering powders of metal oxides and/or non-oxides of metals and porous quality silicate 5-3
Provided is a cigarette butt odor deodorizer containing 0% by weight of activated carbon and 0 to 30% by weight of activated carbon.

以下本発明を更に詳細に説明する。The present invention will be explained in more detail below.

The cigarette butt odor deodorizer of the present invention comprises ceramics,
It is characterized by containing porous silicate and activated carbon in a specific ratio. Generally, ceramics have a specific surface area of 0.1 to 300rd/g depending on the type and manufacturing method, and for deodorizing, the specific surface area is usually 0.5rd/g.
It is known to use ceramics of rr/g or more. In addition, porous silicate has a large specific surface area and can be expected to have an adsorption effect. Furthermore, activated carbon has a low adsorption capacity for gases such as nitrogen compounds, aldehydes, and sulfur compounds, but it is known that ordinary activated carbon exhibits a deodorizing effect through physical adsorption.

As described above, although it is known that ceramics, porous silicate, and activated carbon, which are the essential components of the present invention, each have an odor-absorbing effect, conventionally, each of the above-mentioned composition components alone or It was impossible to completely remove the bad smell of cigarette butts with other combinations.
Therefore, it is thought that the reason why the deodorant of the present invention has a superior deodorizing effect compared to conventional tobacco deodorants is due to the combination and content ratio of each component. The ceramics used in the present invention are not particularly limited as long as they are made from powders of metal oxides and/or non-metal oxides. The metal oxide is preferably selected from the group consisting of aluminum oxide, titanium oxide, magnesium oxide, mixtures thereof, and the like. Preferred examples of the metal non-oxide include metal carbides such as silicon carbide, chromium carbide, and titanium carbide, silicon nitride, boron nitride, aluminum nitride, and chromium nitride. The ceramics of the present invention can be produced by adding a binder resin such as polyvinyl alcohol to the raw material powder, mixing the mixture, and then molding the mixture.
At 100-1400℃. It can be prepared by sintering for 1 to 3 hours. It is also possible to use commercially available products.

In the present invention, the content ratio of each component is 50 to 90% by weight of the ceramic, preferably 60 to 80% by weight, and 5 to 30% by weight of the porous silicate, preferably 10 to 10% by weight.
20% by weight, and the activated carbon content ranges from 0 to 30% by weight, preferably from 10 to 20% by weight. Other than the content ratio of each component listed above. Since it is not possible to obtain a deodorizing effect as high as 1, it is necessary to adjust the amount within the above range.

In the present invention, the particle sizes of the ceramic, porous silicate, and activated carbon are such that each component can be mixed uniformly. There is no particular limitation as long as it is possible to deodorize the bad odor, but 100
It is preferable that it is not less than μm and not more than 5 an. In order to prepare the odor deodorizing agent for cigarette butts of the present invention, for example, each component including the ceramics, porous silicate, and optionally activated carbon is preferably formed into granules, and then each component is It can be obtained by mixing and stirring under mild conditions that do not destroy the granular structure.

80 parts by weight of ceramics consisting of 10 parts by weight of porous silicate under the trade name "Fluorite" (manufactured by Tokuyama Soda Co., Ltd.), and 10 parts by weight of granulated activated carbon (coconut shell) were uniformly mixed. The mixture was mixed and stirred to produce a cigarette butt odor deodorizer. Next, put the obtained deodorant into a 100mQ vial, smoke 3 cigarettes (product name: "Mild Seven", Japan Tobacco Inc.!!) to 1/2, then rub it out, and check the smell after 1 minute. was observed by 10 panelists. The evaluation method is shown below, and the results are shown in Table 1.

(Evaluation method) The blank was set as 5, and the deodorizing effect of activated carbon alone was set as 3, and panelists were asked to evaluate the results within the range of 1 to 5, and the average value was measured. In other words, 5 was given for a strong odor, 4 was given for a somewhat strong odor, 3 was given for an odor similar to that when activated carbon was used, 2 was given for a somewhat weak odor, and 1 was given for a weak odor. Next, immediately after extinguishing the cigarette, the air above the vial was extinguished. After 60 minutes and 180 minutes, samples were collected using a gas-tight syringe and subjected to gas chromatography (GL).
C) According to the method, a 0.25 am x 50 m column coated with SILAR-5CP on the inner surface of silica was installed and the column temperature was 75°C using the product name "Shimadzu 7A type" (manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation).

Measurement was carried out under the condition of FID sensitivity of 10×8. Figure 1 shows the gas chromatogram immediately after the fire was extinguished, and Figure 2 shows the gas chromatogram immediately after the fire was extinguished.
The gas chromatogram after 0 minutes is shown in Figure 3, and the gas chromatogram after 180 minutes is shown in Figure 3. Furthermore, assuming that the peak area of the graph in Figure 1 is 100, Table 2 shows the area ratios after 60 minutes and 180 minutes. A deodorant was prepared by mixing and stirring the respective components in the same manner as in Example 1 according to the content ratios shown in Table 1, and a panel test was conducted. The results are shown in Table 1.
