Abstract

PURPOSE:To make cracks in the coating layer by knocking the side wall from the outside and to easily exfoliate the coating layer when the coating layer is to be removed by constituting at least the side wall of a granulator of flexible material. CONSTITUTION:A granulating pan 2 consists of a bottom plate 4 and the side wall 5. The side wall is constituted of numerous supporting pillars 6 fixed along the outer periphery of bottom plate and a side membrane 7 stretching along the inner surfaces of the supporting pillars. The side membrane is made of a flexible and durable material or a material having flexible restoring force, preferably, rubber sheet, synthetic resin sheet, etc. When the coating layer is to be exfoliated after the granulating operation is finished, the side wall or the supporting pillar is knocked from the outside by a hummer, etc. The side wall is distorted thereby. Consequently, cracks are generated in the coating layer, even when, for instance, cement is used as bonding agent, with the result that the coating layer is easily exfoliated.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention includes a granulation pan (pan), which is rotated to granulate powder supplied together with a binder (for example, water or cement). Place it in a pan-shaped granulator. [Prior Art] Figure 5 shows an example of the pan-shaped granulator described above. This granulator 5
0 includes a granulation tray 51 and a drive shaft 52 to which the granulation tray 5l is attached to one end. The driving shaft 52 is supported at an angle and is connected to a suitable driving motor. The granulation dish 5l is constructed by integrally attaching an inverted plate 54 of a required height to the outer periphery of a disc-shaped bottom plate 53. During granulation, a coating layer 55 is formed over the entire inner surface of the granulation dish 5l using the mixture of the binder and powder. This is to increase the ** coefficient of the material to be granulated (mixture of binder and powder), and the above material supplied into the granulating dish 5l is caused by the rotation of the granulating dish. The particles are granulated and grown due to the transfer and falling, and after reaching a predetermined particle size, they are discharged by overflow. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The coating layer 55 needs to be peeled off at the end of the work. This is because if left as is, the coating layer will increase in thickness, impairing work efficiency. in this case,
For example, when water is used as a binder, it is easy to peel off, but for example, incineration ash of municipal waste scatters as it is, making transportation and disposal inconvenient, so it is preferable to form it into pellets. Moreover, since ash contains heavy metals, methods of granulating them using cement are being explored to prevent their elution. Therefore, when cement is used as a binder, the coating layer is hardened and difficult to peel off at the end of one day's work (8 hours). Generally, the method used is to hit the coating layer with a hammer or the like with a sharp tip to create cracks and peel it off, but this method is time-consuming, generates noise, and often causes damage to the granulation pan. There's a problem. Moreover, if the removal is incomplete, uneven loads will occur, causing problems such as bearing damage. The present invention takes this point into account and aims to facilitate the peeling of the coating layer.

In order to achieve the above object, the granulator of the present invention comprises at least the side wall of the granulating dish made of a flexible material. [Function] When removing the coating layer, by hitting the side wall from the outside, the side wall will bend and the coating layer will crack. Therefore, the coating layer can be easily peeled off. [Embodiment] FIGS. 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, the granulator 1 is equipped with a granulating tray 2 and a drive shaft 3 that supports this at one end.The drive shaft 3 is supported by a bearing at a predetermined angle of inclination, and is driven by an appropriate drive motor (all not shown). is connected to. The granulation dish 2 includes a disc-shaped bottom plate 4 and a side wall 5. The side wall 5 itself may be made of a flexible material, or may be composed of a large number of columns 6 attached along the outer periphery of the bottom plate 4 and a sword membrane 7 stretched on the inner surface of the columns. .

9111 [17 is made of a flexible and durable material or a material with elastic restoring force, preferably a rubber plate, a synthetic resin plate, or an elastic cloth, for example, made of a rubber-lined canvas, and is made of a support. 6, and the lower end periphery is airtightly attached to the bottom plate 4. 8 is an annular support ring that connects the upper ends of each column, and 9 is a reinforcing member attached to the bottom plate 4. In the above configuration, when granulating, as is well known, the granulating dish 2
The inner surface of the tube is coated with a granulated material. After that, the granulated material introduced is granulated as the granulating tray 2 rotates,
The particle size increases, overflows and is discharged. To peel off the coating layer (see FIG. 5) after completion of the work, the fallen wall 5 or side membrane 7 is struck from the outside with a hammer or the like. Of course, the coating layer may be pounded in the same manner as in the conventional method.

.. This causes the side wall 5 or the fIq film 7 to bend.
Therefore, even when cement is used as a binder, the coating layer can crack and easily peel off. Note that the bottom plate 4 is a flat plate, and if one part is peeled off, it is relatively easy to peel off the entire surface from there. Next, Figures 3 and 4
[! ! I shows a second embodiment of the present invention. The granulator 10 of this embodiment, like the previous example, includes a granulating tray 11 and a drive shaft l2 that supports the granulating tray 11 at one end. The support method of the drive shaft 12 and the connection to the drive motor are the same as the well-known structure as in the previous example. The granulation dish 11 has the same structure as the previous example, namely the pillar 6 and the pillar 6.
It is composed of a side wall 13 having a side membrane 7 supported by the side wall 13 and a bottom plate 14. The bottom plate l4 consists of a bottom membrane 15 and a bottom frame l6 that supports it. The bottom membrane l5 is made of the same material as the side membrane 7. Although the illustrated example shows an example in which the side B7 and the bottom 815 are separate structures and are joined together, it is of course possible to have an integral structure. In the figure, 17 is a lower support ring attached to the outer periphery of the bottom frame 16, and 18 and 19 are inner and outer reinforcing members that support the bottom frame 16, respectively. In this structure, the coating layer attached to the side wall l3 and the coating layer attached to the bottom plate l4 can be easily peeled off by making the bottom film flexible, as in the previous example.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, since at least the side wall is made of a flexible material, the coating layer can be easily peeled off by deflecting the side wall or side film by applying an external force. In this case, the side wall or side membrane is struck from the outside to cause cracks in the coating layer, and the side wall or side membrane can be easily peeled off without being damaged, and noise generation can be reduced.
