Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify application of a facing wall and to improve the design and durability by disposing a backing layer and a pattern layer, made of thermoplastic resin, and a transparent protective layer made of fluororesin on a resin- impregnated inorganic fiber sheet. CONSTITUTION:A glass fiber non-woven fabric or the like is impregnated with vinyl acetate resin or the like and dried to provide an inorganic fiber sheet 1. Secondly, a thermoplastic resin composite obtained by adding a filler and the other additives to a vinyl chloride resin is provided and applied to the sheet 1 to be gelled and dried to form a backing layer 2. Subsequently, a recessed metal mold is filled with resin which has the same composite as that of the layer 2 and is different in color tone, and after the layer 2 is superimposed thereon, the resin is gelled and dried to be released from the mold, whereby a pattern layer 5 is formed. A design layer 6 by gravure and a fluororesin transparent protective layer 7 by spray painting or the like are provided on the layer 5. Thus, the application of a facing wall can be facilitated more than mortar application method, and the beauty and the durability can be improved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to an exterior wall covering material having an uneven surface pattern and having excellent weather resistance and durability for use as an exterior material for houses. Prior Art> With the diversification of construction methods, houses are being constructed using a variety of construction methods such as wooden construction, reinforced concrete construction, and prefabricated construction. Along with this, wood-based, ceramic-based,
A variety of materials are used, including metal and mortar. Among these, the mortar method requires spray painting to be performed at the construction site. This painting work was very time-consuming, starting with assembling the scaffolding for the work, applying plastic film, and then spray painting. However, despite such a time-consuming task,
The exterior, which is made of mortar-based material, begins to become dirty and cracked after a few years, requiring repainting. However, repainting has been considered difficult in today's crowded residential environment due to the problem of odor. On the other hand, P due to mortar spray! ! In terms of clothing, the only expression was a monotonous uneven pattern, resulting in a monotonous and uniform look. In addition, in recent years, after spray painting, a method of applying a pattern using a roller or brush is sometimes used, but this method is very time-consuming and requires specialized skills, so it is generally not used. could not be used. <Problem to be solved by the invention> As mentioned above, the currently widely used mortar method does not have sufficient durability and stain resistance, and requires frequent painting of the external surface. Yes, the present invention can be easily implemented at construction sites as an alternative to mortar construction methods,
Moreover, the purpose is to provide an exterior wall material that has excellent design, durability, and weather resistance. Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention provides a base layer made of a thermoplastic resin composition on the surface of an inorganic fiber sheet impregnated with a resin, and a thermoplastic resin composition of the same type as the base layer in the base layer. This is an exterior wall covering material that is characterized by having a picture-like pattern layer made of fluorine resin, and a transparent protective layer made of fluororesin with a uniform thickness. Here, as the inorganic fiber sheet, asbestos sheet,
A sheet of glass fiber nonwoven fabric, inorganic fiber added, glass macrocloth, etc. is impregnated with acrylic resin emulsion, vinyl acetate emuldigon, etc. and dried. Further, the thermoplastic resin composition used for the base layer and the pattern layer is appropriately determined according to the method of forming the pattern layer, but for the purpose of the exterior wall covering material of the present invention, vinyl chloride resin, vinyl acetate resin, Suitable resin compositions include thermoplastic resins such as vinyl chloride vinyl acetate copolymer resins, acrylic resins, and urethane resins, mixed with additives such as pigments, fillers, stabilizers, and ultraviolet absorbers. The transparent protective layer is made of a fluororesin, particularly a modified fluororesin in which a hydroxyl group is introduced into a polyfluoroethylene molecule to impart low-temperature crosslinking properties. On the other hand, for the purpose of improving the design, a pattern layer that harmonizes with the uneven pattern layer may be provided. Effects> Since the base material is an inorganic fiber sheet, it can withstand drying with high-temperature hot air when forming the base layer and pattern layer made of thermoplastic resin composition, and the product also has It has improved dimensional stability, flame retardancy, and durability, making it suitable for use as an exterior material. In addition, the base layer and pattern layer are made of thermoplastic resin compositions containing various additives, so they can be colored and patterned to suit the purpose, and they can also add durability and water resistance to the product. Can be done. Furthermore, since the transparent protective layer uses a fluororesin that can be crosslinked at low temperatures, it does not adversely affect the base layer and pattern layer during the formation of the protective layer, improving the weather resistance and stain resistance of the product. be able to. Example> First, as shown in FIG. 1, the surface of an inorganic fiber sheet 1 made of a glass fiber nonwoven fabric with a thickness of 300 μm that has been impregnated with a vinyl acetate resin emulsion and dried is coated with an average polymerization degree of 16.
For 100 parts by weight of vinyl chloride paste resin of 00, o
Parts by weight of opso, 10 parts by weight of pigment, 3 parts by weight of organotin stabilizer, 30 parts by weight of enhancing agent consisting of calcium carbonate, 2 parts by weight of ultraviolet absorber consisting of hydroxybenzophenone, and diluent consisting of texanol isobutyrate. A thermoplastic resin composition mixed with an additive consisting of parts by weight of IO was uniformly coated using a knife coater to a thickness of 600 μm, and gelled and dried in a hot air drying oven at 170°C to form a base layer. Form 2. Next, after filling the recess 4 of the intaglio mold 3 with a plate depth of 600 μm with the same thermoplastic resin composition as the base layer 2 and a thermoplastic resin composition having the same composition but different color tone, the base layer 112
The thermoplastic resin composition in the recesses 4 of the mold 3 was gelled and dried in a hot air drying oven at 170°C to form a convex pattern layer 5, which was brought into close contact with the base layer 2. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 2, after cooling to 50"C, it is peeled off from the mold 3, and a pattern layer 5 is printed on the pattern layer 5 by gravure printing with ink made of thermoplastic resin, pigment, and solvent. After drying in a hot air oven at 80°C, a transparent protective layer 7 made of a solvent-soluble fluororesin, a solvent, and a polyisocyanate-based curing agent is sprayed to a thickness of 15 μm.
It was painted to give an exterior wall covering material and cured in a hot air oven at 180°C. In the above examples, an intaglio mold was used, the recesses of the mold were filled with a thermoplastic resin composition,
The base layer was overlaid and dried with hot air to integrate the pattern layer and the base layer, but the thermoplastic resin composition filled in the mold cavity was transferred to the base layer and then dried with hot air to form the pattern layer. You may do so. Effects of the Invention Since the wall covering material of the present invention has the above-described structure, it has excellent dimensional stability against heat and moisture, weather resistance, and water resistance even though the base layer and pattern layer are made of a thermoplastic resin composition. Therefore, it can be used as an exterior material instead of mortar, and unlike mortar, there is no need for surface painting, and it can be used as the exterior wall of a house as it is. There is no problem even when working in crowded places. In addition, by changing the shape and color of the pattern layer, rather than the simple grain-like unevenness of mortar,
This is an exterior material with beautiful patterns that are not found in conventional exterior materials.
Moreover, it can create an exterior wall with excellent design without cracking or opening joints like mortar.
