Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy reproducibility of a scaling instrument by fixing a scale to a member by a 2nd fixing means after fixing the fitting tool to a member by a 1st fixing means. 5)を介して夫々取付ネジ(4)を部材(3)の所定位
置に締め付け、この取付具(2)を固定すると共にこの
取付具(2)の2つの脚部(2b) (2c)と部材(
3)とでこのホログラムスケール(1)の取付部(1a
