である時にはカウンタのカウント値をアツプカウ
ントし、排気ガス再循環運転域でない時には前記
カウンタのカウント値をダウンカウントし、前記
カウント値が所定値以上であつても排気ガス再循
環通路温度が所定値以上でなければ排気ガス再循
環装置が故障であると判定する排気ガス再循環装
置のダイアグノーシス装置に於て、内燃料機関の
回転数が所定値以下である極低回転数時には前記
カウンタのカウント値をダウンカウント或いは所
定値にリセツトする極低回転数時カウント補正手
段を有していることを特徴とする排気ガス再循環
