Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove dew of a housing part without the need of a particular heating means by introducing only air discharged after the air is warmed by heat exchange with components of a machine part into an illumination part through a warm air passage. CONSTITUTION:The outside air taken in a machine house 40 is warmed by heat exchange with mechanical components in the machine house to be discharged out of the machine house, and part of this outside air is allowed to collide with the lower part of a rear cover 43 to be introduced into a space to be carried into a door housing part 25 or further into an illumination part 26 through it so as to be allowed to be discharged in and below the illumination part 26. At this time, the air gradually evaporates and gasifies as the air is brought into contact with the surface of dew which adheres to an exhaust pipe 28 of a space P and the ceiling wall of the door housing part 25, namely, the bottom wall 3E, a lower face and the like of an insulating wall 3.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Not only in the above publication, but in these showcases, fluorescent light is used as a lighting device between the upper storage chamber and the lower storage chamber, that is, below the partition wall, to illuminate the lower storage chamber. In addition to arranging lights, it is common practice to form a door storage section below the partition wall that stores the sliding door of the lower storage room when it is opened. Since a fluorescent light is disposed in the lower storage compartment, this door storage compartment is likely to become completely cooled due to the influence of cold air accompanying cooling of the lower storage compartment and storage of the cooled door. In addition, this door storage area is easily infiltrated by outside air, so dew tends to occur in this door storage area, although it is difficult to see from the outside. The only heat that can be supplied is the heat that tends to be concentrated in the front part of the door storage area due to the lighting of the door storage area, and it is impossible to remove the dew from the door storage area. This required the provision of heating means such as a dew heater.

Here, the outside air taken into the machine room 40 is completely heated by heat exchange in the condenser 42 or by taking away the heat from the compressor (the temperature is around 401C as described later), and then exhausted. Air is blown toward the port 45 side. Most of the warm air can be exhausted from the exhaust port 45, but since the rear part of the machine room 40 and the space P communicate with each other and the warm air hits the lower end of the cover 43, some of this warm air is guided into the space P. (See - dotted chain line) The liquid is discharged to the outside through the door storage section, the illumination section 26 or the surroundings of the illumination section. In addition, since the warm air leaving the machine room 40 is normally heated to about 40"C when the outside temperature is 30"C, the dewdrops generated in the drain pipe 28 and the door storage section 25 are gradually evaporated and vaporized. When the fluorescent lamp is turned on, the temperature inside the lighting section is higher than the temperature of the warm air being guided. The inside of this lighting section 26 is cooled, and the inside of this lighting section 26 is heated when the light is turned off. Then, the warm air coming out of the lighting section 26 causes the exposure rail 5
It can also promote the evaporation of dew that accumulates in step 2.

According to the above configuration, the outside air taken into the machine room 40 is warmed by heat exchange with the machine parts in the machine room, and is discharged to the outside of the machine room.
3, it is guided into the space P and rises, is carried into the door storage section 25 and further into the lighting section 26, and is discharged to the lighting section 26 and below the lighting section 26. At this time, the dew gradually evaporates while coming into contact with the surface of the dew adhering to the drain pipe 28 in the space P and the top wall of the door storage section 25, that is, the lower surface of the bottom wall 3E of the heat insulating wall 3. When the warm air that has been gradually cooled down by evaporation of dew or contact with other parts is introduced into the lighting section 26, (i> If the fluorescent lamp 51 is in the lighting state, it is heated by the radiant heat from lighting. (i) When the fluorescent lamp 51 is off, the dew adhering to the inner surface of the lighting section 26 is evaporated. After this action, water droplets are discharged to the outside from the gap that will be formed around the end of the shade 55 and the door entrance portion of the door storage section 25, making it possible to remove water droplets on the surface of the sliding door 30. Therefore, the machine room 4 generated by cooling operation
0 warm air can be efficiently used to prevent dew in the door storage section 25 and the lighting section 26, and a rise in temperature within the lighting section 26 can be suppressed. Moreover, since the piping is carried out using the space P, it is also possible to heat the surface of the piping.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, by forming a warm air passage that guides the air taken into the machine part and warmed by heat exchange with parts in the machine part to the lighting part, when the lighting device is turned on, the light is turned on. It is possible to improve the ventilation inside the lighting section so that heat does not get trapped inside the lighting section, and to prevent dew condensation inside the lighting section when the lighting section is turned off. In particular, since the air warmed in the mechanical section is dehumidified, it is possible to dehumidify the hot air passageway leading to the lighting section, and this hot air passageway can be used to treat wastewater from the upper storage section. By installing piping such as a drain pipe, it becomes possible to heat the pipe body. Further, since the warm air that would have been simply exhausted is used for dew removal and dew prevention, there is no need for special heating means for dew prevention.
